Locke felt that the plan to hunt the witch was now finalized, with him in charge of luring her in and Eileen in charge of striking.

"Is Renis an artificial witch, or a real witch?"

Locke suddenly asked.

Locke patted Hannah on the shoulder. "We don't have much time left."

"So, all that food and weapons you bought at the manor before was to prevent war from breaking out?"

Hannah suddenly remembered Locke's strange behavior earlier.

Locke nodded. "Yes, I used to think that if war broke out, we would hide away, but now I don't think that way anymore."

"Because war will cause two of us to change."
