As he watched the warships approaching the shore, a hint of nervousness appeared on Kobra's face. He knew too little about Giger, the newly promoted general, and was afraid that he might inadvertently offend him.

As the warship docked, Giger walked in with his hands in his pockets, flanked by Olbia and Lucia on either side of him.

Kobra immediately led a group of ministers forward to warmly welcome Giger.

Giger smiled and exchanged a few words with Cobra and the others, then gestured for Olbia to step forward and said to Cobra,

“Your Majesty, Dr. Olbia is my friend, and she has assisted me in completing an important mission these past few days. I hope that your country can provide her with some appropriate care during her stay in Alabasta.”

Cobra responded,

"General Black Dragon, rest assured, we have always respected the scholars of Ohara and will not allow them to suffer any injustice here."

Olvia thanked him softly. Giger didn't go to Alabasta with her, but instead prepared to return directly to headquarters. Before leaving, he patted Olvia's shoulder, leaned down, and whispered in her ear...

A man, bound hand and foot, lay on the ground, his face contorted in tears, pleading incessantly. Upon seeing this, Lucia leaped down from the mast and landed in front of the woman with the whip.

The woman was wearing a leather jumpsuit, had an extremely hot figure, and sported a purple afro.

Upon seeing Lucia suddenly appear in her naval uniform, she paused, then exclaimed in surprise.

"Navy? Wait! You're Lucia!"

Lucia nodded. Her name and photo had appeared in the newspaper, so it was normal for some people to recognize her. However, the woman in front of her suddenly became excited and reached out as if to hug Lucia.

Chapter 126 Reencounter with Ivan
