If Rin hadn't been holding him back so tightly, Obito would have already rushed up and taught Kakashi a lesson.

"Alright, alright, you two are really something," Lin said helplessly, stepping in as a peacemaker.

"Hmph, I'll let it slide this time for Lin's sake, but you won't be so lucky next time."

Obito habitually uttered harsh words.

Kakashi chuckled: "I don't think we need to wait until next time. Let's have a match now."

Obito was actually quite eager to try his luck and spar with Kakashi.

He wasn't Kakashi's match before, but now he has awakened the Mangekyou Sharingan.

And successfully evolved into eternity.

With his Infinite Intangibility skill alone, he was certain of victory, not to mention that he could suck Kakashi into the Kamui dimension with just a light touch.

The outcome was uncertain, but ultimately they didn't actually fight.

With Lin mediating, they only got to vent their frustrations.

Just then, Minato Namikaze finally appeared.

With a teleportation, Minato appeared before the three of them.

"Minato-sensei!" the three greeted.

Minato smiled and nodded, then took out three documents from his pocket:

"I have some good news to share with everyone!"

Minato Namikaze prepared Chunin Exam application forms for them, so they could challenge for the exams at any time if they wished. Once they passed, they would become Chunin.

The three of them chose to participate without hesitation.

The first stage of the Chunin Exams is the written test.

For Kakashi, it was a piece of cake.

He was the first to hand in his paper and leave the examination room.

In contrast, Obito was so anxious he was scratching his head and couldn't answer the question at all.

In the end, it was only thanks to the answer Lin secretly passed that I barely passed the test.

The practical test a few days later will be the second stage of the Chunin Exams.

On the day of the practical test, outside the examination room

Kakashi and Rin are still waiting

Because Obito hasn't arrived yet.

"If you exceed the time limit, you will be considered to have automatically forfeited your qualification."

The teacher in charge of proctoring explained the rules to the two students.

"Wait a little longer, I believe Obito will arrive," Rin Nohara said, though she was a little nervous, she still trusted Obito.

Kakashi, however, said with a hint of regret, "We're afraid we'll be dragged down by him."

"No, Obito will definitely arrive in time."

Lin's tone was absolutely firm.

The voice just fell,

A black vortex suddenly split open in the void before our eyes.

Obito Uchiha's eyes rolled back, and out of them...

"Hey, Kakashi, I heard you talking badly about me behind my back."

Kakashi was stunned by Obito's unexpected entrance.

"You... you learned the same space-time ninjutsu as your teacher?"

Kakashi thought he was still half asleep.

While space-time ninjutsu is powerful, it also significantly increases the difficulty of learning it. He tried to learn Minato Namikaze's Flying Thunder God Technique, but he couldn't even get past the basics.

He simply couldn't believe that Obito had secretly learned a space-time ninjutsu!

Obito proudly pointed a thumbs-up at himself: "Now you've witnessed the power of the Uchiha clan, haven't you? I told you I was a genius."

"That's nothing. You'll be amazed during the exam later."

Although Nohara Rin was startled, every second counted.

She quickly shoved Obito and Kakashi aside, saying urgently, "Alright, alright, stop joking around, the exam is about to start!"

Inside the examination room,

In the blink of an eye, the opponents for each candidate were determined.

Obito ran head-on into the blue beast of the future Hidden Leaf Village—

Metkai!

"That guy Kai..."

"You really can't underestimate someone; his potential is terrifyingly high." Obito Uchiha squinted at the seemingly dull-looking boy in the tight-fitting clothes opposite him.

The forbidden technique of the Eight Gates was used with unparalleled skill by Might Guy, even earning high praise from Madara Uchiha.

"The competition begins!"

With the examiner's command

The battle curtain rose with a roar

"Aha!"

With a loud shout, Might Guy unleashed a flurry of powerful whip kicks.

Just as the kick was about to hit Obito, he seemed to freeze, standing motionless.

Completely caught off guard

"Obito!" Nohara Rin cried out worriedly from the sidelines.

"Sigh..." In the monitoring room, Minato Namikaze, who was watching the battle alongside the Third Hokage, couldn't help but press his forehead.

Obito is about to be defeated.

However, what happened next left both Minato and Hiruzen Sarutobi speechless.

The two exchanged a glance, their eyes filled with disbelief.

At this point, Obito had already won the match.

Guy's attack didn't even touch Obito; it was as if it pierced through his body!

The two passed each other, and Obito's position seemed like a phantom.

"What?!" Kai, with his thick eyebrows and big eyes, looked completely astonished.

Might Guy, having exposed a huge opening, was naturally defeated by Obito in a single blow.

This amazing scene naturally opened the eyes of the audience.

"Minato, I've never seen this ability of your disciple before..."

Hiruzen Sarutobi asked curiously.

Minato Namikaze shook his head, somewhat bewildered: "I don't know either. I've never seen Obito use this ability before."

"Could it be that they only recently acquired this knowledge?" the third generation wondered.

Maybe so.

A hint of relief flashed in Minato's eyes; Obito had finally grown up.

"Hehe, aren't I awesome!"

After the match, Obito ran to Rin Nohara's side, looking smug.

"You're incredibly awesome, Obito!"

Rin Nohara, with her hands behind her back and her head slightly tilted, responded to Obito with a bright smile.

"Lin..."

Looking into Rin Nohara's adoring eyes, Obito felt like he was floating on air.
