As soon as the news broke, Stark Industries' stock, which had been hitting its daily limit down for several days, soared!

When Tony Stark's car arrived at the Stark Industries building, the flashes of light never stopped.

It was almost as if they had laid a bright red carpet on the ground.

The scene was so vibrant that even a gathering of Hollywood stars couldn't compare.

As soon as Stark got out of the car, Obadiah Stanislav greeted him with a big smile.

He looked happier than everyone else present combined.

"Welcome back, Tony. Do you know how worried I was about you all this time?"

Hearing Obadiah's concerned greetings, Tony's lips curled into a mocking smile.

With Chu Yang and Happy's reminder, he realized that the man in front of him, who had watched him grow up, was the mastermind behind the kidnapping of him by colluding with terrorists.

But now, this person's face is full of a genuine smile!

The thought of his trust in him disgusted Tony, and he pushed away Obadiah's hand that was about to help him up.

“I can walk by myself, Stanislav.”

Tony glanced at him and walked past him without hesitation.

Happy followed closely behind.

Obadiah was caught off guard; he hadn't expected Tony to react this way.

His face immediately darkened, and he lowered his head, following behind the other person.

He could no longer control his facial expressions and could only try his best to avoid being noticed by the reporters.

Fortunately, wherever Tony Stark is, cameras and flashes will follow immediately.

“He seems quite angry, Miss Potts.”

"Yang, it really is Mr. Stanislav..."

"If you don't believe me, I can accompany you to his office to find evidence during this press conference. He won't be back for a while."

"it is good!"

Pepper was eager to determine whether Obadiah was truly the mastermind behind the kidnapping.

Therefore, she needs concrete evidence.

More and more reporters rushed to the scene, and the entrance to the press conference venue was completely blocked.

Pepper and Chu Yang took advantage of the opportunity to sneak into Obadiah's office.

Pepper's position as the president's assistant was enough to allow her unrestricted access throughout the entire building; even entering and leaving Obadiah's office would not be considered strange by anyone.

Not to mention that most people's attention is currently drawn to Tony's side.

The two entered the office effortlessly, and Pepper skillfully turned on the computer on her desk, searching for files.

She clicked on a video that looked a bit strange.

A moment later, her pupils suddenly contracted.

The video recorded the entire process of Tony's kidnapping, and even included a meeting between Obadiah and the terrorist leader.

Pepper took a deep breath, took out a USB drive from her bag, and prepared to copy the criminal evidence inside.

Just then, Chu Yang heard a commotion outside the room and immediately activated his Observation Haki, locking onto a stranger's figure.

Chu Yang started moving instantly, like a cheetah hunting its prey.

The man outside didn't react until Chu Yang rushed in front of him, at which point he subconsciously raised his hand to throw a punch.

However, his attack speed was far too slow compared to Chu Yang's.

Chu Yang directly pinched the joint on his arm.

Pa~pa~

With two crisp sounds, the man's arm suddenly drooped down, and then Chu Yang pinned it against the wall with his other hand.

Boom!

The immense force made the man feel as if he had been slammed against a wall by a bear, and he almost fainted.

The man mustered his strength and whispered, "I think this is a misunderstanding. I have no ill intentions."

"Tsk, every villain in the movie says that."

Chu Yang increased the pressure in his hands.

Following others furtively, who would believe you're not a bad person?

"My God, kids these days are so well-nourished. They're only 16 and they're already so strong."

"You sound like you know me very well?"

Chu Yang narrowed his eyes, a long-absent murderous aura surfacing as he slowly extended his hand toward the back of the man's head.

Phew~~~~

The sound of something cutting through the air exploded to Chu Yang's right.

A short-haired woman in tactical clothing suddenly appeared to his right and, taking advantage of his right arm being pressed against the man, kicked Chu Yang in the waist.

The attack angle was extremely vicious and cunning; if it were an ordinary person, this kick could potentially cripple them.

Chu Yang lifted the man up and held him in front of himself.

The short-haired woman stared wide-eyed, seemingly surprised by Chu Yang's strength.

It was able to lift an adult man with ease.

With no other option, she could only forcefully gather her strength and deflect the kick towards the wall.

Click~

A small crack appeared in the wall.

The short-haired woman's face was flushed, and she subconsciously stood on tiptoe, clearly indicating that she was injured.

"Hehehe, relax, I told you it was a misunderstanding!"

The man shouted at Chu Yang.

Pepper emerged from the room after gathering evidence of the crime.

Just then, I saw Chu Yang holding up a middle-aged man I didn't recognize.

"What's going on?" Pepper was completely confused. She had only heard some noise outside the room, but she didn't expect Chu Yang to be fighting with someone.

“Miss Pepper, please have him put me down. I’m a government agent, not a corporate spy,” the man quickly explained.

"FBI?" Pepper was taken aback and quickly told Chu Yang to put the man down.

Chu Yang tilted his head and glanced at the other person's hairline, then suddenly realized.

So they put him down.

“I used to work there, but not anymore.” The man straightened his suit. “My current department is called the Strategic Homeland Defense, Attack and Logistics Agency.”

Pepper looked at him blankly.

“It’s a bit of a mouthful, I know.” The man chuckled awkwardly. “Anyway, my name is Phil Coulson, and I’d like to ask you about Tony Stark’s experiences in Afghanistan.”

That's right, the man who almost got killed by Chu Yang was Coulson, a senior agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., and a key figure who would "shine" in the Battle of New York in the future.

Chu Yang looked at the short-haired woman beside him and asked, "Who is she?"

Coulson replied, "She's my colleague, Agent Hill."

Pepper asked with concern, "This agent looks like she's in a lot of pain."

Hill stood up straight, his face unusually stiff.

After her initial worry subsided, Pepper frowned upon seeing the woman's attractive figure and asked, "Is she here to learn about Tony too?"

Coulson quickly waved his hand, pointed to Chu Yang standing to the side, and said, "She's here to get to know him..."

Chu Yang: “???”

Chu Yang never expected that he would attract Nick Fury's attention.

That makes sense, since Tony hasn't yet developed a true Iron Man suit.

Tony will only be noticed by Nick Fury after defeating Obadiah's Iron Monger.

However, Hill came to Chu Yang not because Nick Fury wanted to recruit him to form the Avengers.

Instead, they wanted him to join S.H.I.E.L.D. as an agent.

Based on Chu Yang's current abilities, he is not yet a piece of the Avengers puzzle in Nick Fury's hands.

“That’s too dangerous, Miss Hill. I have no interest in becoming a secret agent.” Chu Yang rejected S.H.I.E.L.D.’s invitation without hesitation.

Just kidding, he's getting ten times his salary at Stark Industries.

Can S.H.I.E.L.D. afford to run this?

They fight to the death, yet they can't even afford a decent insurance policy!
