Oh no! I'm surrounded by the main characters!

"Roar!"

The monster's bloated blue body twisted and contorted, spitting out a glob of sticky green venom.

A pungent, fishy smell hit her face, and Yan Lili felt a chill run down her spine. She quickly dodged away.

"This is... an evil ginseng beast?"

Luo Chuan stared intently at the one-eyed monster, its entire body a deep blue and its shape resembling a mutated sea cucumber. After a moment, he finally recognized it from his memory.

The first alien beast to appear in Armor Hero: Legend of Light and Shadow was created by Shadow Master, a minor boss in the early part of the story, using a sea cucumber that had been polluted by the environment.

Seeing the scene before him, Luo Chuan's lips twitched.

what is this?

Little Fairy vs. Alien Beast?

Watching characters from two completely unrelated anime series clash before my eyes...

All I can say is that it was a truly peculiar feeling.

After making a brief remark, Luo Chuan's gaze fell upon a patch of shadow not far away.

A young man dressed in black night clothes and wearing a mask was observing the battle from behind a bush.

The moment Luo Chuan saw his attire, he recognized him.

Assistant director... Pshaw!

A minor figure in the film industry, a clown.

At this moment, the ugly general was secretly observing Yan Lili, who was fighting the evil ginseng beast, with an earpiece on his ear.

"Your Majesty, I have found a descendant of the Five Elements Village, but this descendant possesses a rather special power that is not easy to deal with."

Ugly General pressed his fingertips against the headset, reporting in a low voice to his superior, Shadow King, on the other end of the earpiece.

Soon, Shadow Master's deep voice came from the other end of the earphone.

"Hmm, I only intended to erase the memories of these descendants of Five Elements Village, but I didn't expect to have such an unexpected gain."

"Ugly General, remember to bring her back safely for me to study. If we obtain this power, we'll have a much better chance of defeating those damned light and shadow armors."

"Yes, I will bring her back safely."

Upon hearing the command given by Shadow Master through the earpiece, even though it was through a communication device, Ugly General still bowed respectfully and answered.

"Descendants of Wuxing Village?"

Hearing the conversation between Ugly General and Shadow Overlord, Luo Chuan was surprised to learn that Yan Lili in this world had such an identity.

But then I thought about it and felt relieved, after all, it's a world where countless anime and movies are combined.

Huo Linfei has become a high school student, and Miao Tiaojun has saved Yuma.

Now that even the Black Fairy's battle against the alien beasts is happening right before their eyes, it's not surprising that Yan Lili possesses the bloodline of the Five Elements Village.

"Humph!"

After hanging up the call with Shadow Master, Ugly General let out a disdainful snort from beneath his mask.

Then his gaze fell on Yan Lili, who was struggling to avoid the evil ginseng beast, but the ugly general did not notice that a figure was silently approaching him.

Just as the ugly general was excitedly watching the battle, even unable to contain himself, he was waving his fist.

Just as it felt as if he himself was fighting, a hand suddenly landed on the ugly general's back.

"who!"

The ugly general was startled and, without the slightest hesitation, swung his right fist and punched hard behind him.

boom!

But the next moment, he felt as if his hand was being gripped tightly by an iron clamp.

Feeling the excruciating pain emanating from his palm, the ugly general's eyes immediately revealed a hint of terror.

Chapter 9 Piercing the Void with Frost Slash

As a minor leader in the shadow industry and a descendant of Wood Shadow Village, he also possesses the bloodline of Five Elements Village.

Even if it can't compare to west Zhao's abnormal level of bloodline so rich that he can summon light and shadow armor or even use electric current to train his body, it is still far stronger than ordinary people.

But now, his all-out punch has been so easily blocked?

Upon seeing Luo Chuan suddenly appear before him, Chou Jiang's mind raced as he tried to determine his identity.

Light and Shadow Armor?

Could it be another summoner of the Light and Shadow Armor?

At this moment, Luo Chuan, who was gripping the ugly general's fist, ignored the opponent's mental turmoil and exerted slight force with his fingertips, constantly kneading and crushing the opponent's wrist, while waiting for the system's reaction.

After all, the protagonist had already encountered several villains, but this was his first time meeting one.

Although the system description states that the quest can only be started by interacting with the protagonist,

But as the old saying goes, practice makes perfect.

There's no harm in trying, what if it works?

The continuous, excruciating pain swept through his entire body. Before Luo Chuan could even try out other uses of the system, Chou Jiang could no longer bear it.

"what!"

The ugly general let out a low growl, his face twisted into a ferocious grimace, and the veins on his neck bulged out.

He struggled with all his might, finally managing to pull his right hand out of Luo Chuan's palm.

"Tsk, it still doesn't work."

Luo Chuan shook his head, looking at the system that hadn't responded for a long time. It seemed that his system still needed to come into contact with the protagonist to trigger the mission.

"Who exactly are you?"

The ugly general, looking at his right hand that hung limply like a puddle of mud, roared angrily at Luo Chuan with a flushed face.

The ugly general's roar immediately attracted Yan Lili and the evil ginseng beast, who were not far away.

"Evil Ginseng Beast! Kill him!"

With a roar from the ugly general, the evil ginseng beast, which had been fighting Yan Lili, suddenly changed its target.

With a twist of its bloated body and a flick of its head, a glob of highly corrosive green venom shot straight toward Luo Chuan.

"Energy Shield!"

Luo Chuan's mind stirred, and he pushed his palm forward in a half-open motion.

The surging battle energy within his body instantly formed an invisible barrier in front of him, blocking the venom spewed by the evil ginseng beast.

The corrosive venom hissed piercingly the moment it touched the energy shield.

The venom continued to dissolve, but it could not break through the energy shield's defenses.

"Energy Ray!"

Luo Chuan raised his finger, assuming a firing posture.

The abundant combat energy within his body instantly coalesced into a beam of azure energy, shooting towards the Evil Ginseng Beast.

"Roar!"

Unlike the dark magic Yan Lili had previously used, this energy beam, upon striking the evil ginseng beast, immediately produced sparks similar to the clash of metal.

The evil beast was also forced back by the impact of this energy, waving its body and letting out mournful howls.

"Wow, so meaty?"

Seeing the Evil Ginseng Beast's performance, Luo Chuan couldn't help but raise an eyebrow, slightly surprised.

After all, the Evil Beast was the first mutant beast to appear in the anime, and its combat power was not particularly strong. Even among the mutant beasts controlled by Shadow Master, it was one of the weaker ones.

If his attack had landed on the ordinary soldiers of Alpha, it would likely have turned them into warm combat energy.

But when it came to the evil ginseng beast, it only made it howl twice.

As expected of a mutant beast created by Shadow Lord using Shadow Realm technology, the energy contained within its body is far beyond what ordinary Alpha St soldiers can match.

However, the next moment, Luo Chuan's gaze towards the mutant beast suddenly lit up.

While the Alpha Legion is a good opponent for farming combat energy, its drawback is its low efficiency.

The mutant beast in front of them perfectly made up for this weakness; it was practically a perfect experience pack.

After thinking it over, Luo Chuan drew the model sword he had just grabbed from behind his back and charged towards the evil ginseng beast.

With the boost of combat energy, even an unsealed model sword is no less powerful than a sharp steel weapon.

A flash of cold light, and the sword blade slashed fiercely across the body of the evil ginseng beast.

A piercing metallic scraping sound rang out, and sparks flew everywhere.

"Evil Ginseng Beast, don't be afraid, kill him!"

The ugly general shouted loudly from the side, but his feet betrayed him, silently retreating, ready to flee at any moment.
