Ghost Slayer: Please let me be a human being

It seems to be more than just a common fever, cold, or gastroenteritis. The medicine I took didn't work. I was dizzy, had a headache, felt nauseous, and wanted to vomit. It tortured me all day. I didn't sleep all night last night.

I initially suspected that it might be a problem with my cervical spine.
