As for where the money is coming from… I'm still a novelist! Did you expect me to have difficulties making up a story? No one knows what my parents are doing for their living. So this is going to be a closed down warehouse my father intends to renovate for his living. Hmm, good. Now it has to be at my father's name but with my address. Not very hard, my house is at my parents' name anyway, they kept it after we went to live elsewhere.

As for the appearance… I just have to create a character that absolutely doesn't look like my father. Imagine if the ancient owner of the factory was to see my father?
