Our officials do not qualify to play this game due to the very large amount of advantages, etc., of tactical information.

As you know, client misconduct is not structurally possible in VR systems from generation 5 onwards. In addition, because the bugfix function is built into the system AI, it is virtually impossible to misuse the system due to bugs or the like.
