At first, from the sharing of the meeting the other day.

"Okay. Now please explain and share your area of expertise within the group. You may repeat what you explained the other day, or deepen the discussion. Improve your understanding of each other's expertise so that you can grasp the threads that lead to the next improvement proposal."

When I give the signal to start, I hear the new officials on each squad leading the discussion: "Now, from an introduction to each other's names and areas of expertise..."

Since this is the first experience for most experts, a discussion aimed at improving small groups and with different groups of specialists, it seems to be working well as a slip out, because it will be essential for people in the role of leading the whole thing so that one person does not talk too much or the discussion becomes just a criticism.

My role is to walk between the squads, answer a few questions, and check the overall situation.

Some newcomers are struggling a little bit, but that's a good experience too.

The break is at the discretion of the new officials, who tell them to put it in as appropriate.

Since human concentration doesn't last that long, and first time participants won't have the breath around it, it's also the job of the operation to give it a proper rest.

Taking the first break, the experts also relax with a slightly hobby look on their faces, asking them to breathe outside air and brew tea.

It is also important to approach the experts who are doing so as they greet them and ask how they feel.

"What do you think? Aren't you tired of unfamiliar formats?

Speaking to one of the experts who was turning his shoulders as he nodded, a bitter laugh returned.

"Somehow, I'm tired of my head. And I was just terrified that I was able to do the work without an accident."

"What do you mean?

"As an expert in civil engineering, I was even and sharpened the foundation, but I was sappy about the top stuff. Well, apart from how much stuff weighs on it or something like that. I just didn't have the knowledge on what principles to use it for, where it moves and where it doesn't, or where people and things go through, and I came as I was told. Now, I feel like my ignorant skin is peeling out of my eyes."

"That, too, your fellow experts, is it?

"I guess. Civil engineering is often thought to be a job of drawing lines and getting peasants to carry dirt and stones."

In fact, if we just make a simple structure, we'll just have to consolidate the soil and stone as long as we can take it horizontally.

However, the flour mill that we are about to build in this project is a special building where precision parts operate with a large number of water wheels, gears, stone moulds and other heavy objects, and if the foundation is not really solid, it will be a big deal.

For experts, the opportunity to gain a perspective on what their work means across the business by discussing it with experts in other areas, and what makes later process experts easier, seems valuable.

"I'll tell my people when I get home."
