Chapter 3: Get that Woman Out of Here!

“Throw it out!” he ordered immediately, in a voice that invited no argument, his thin, alluring lips barely moving.

It was as though the woman was a piece of trash to be discarded!

“Yes, yes!” The servant nodded immediately, turning on the lights and entering the room quickly time to do as she was told.

With the lights turned on, the bedroom was suddenly illuminated.

At that moment, there, on the huge bed, lay a woman with long, shiny, black hair.

The servant ran over to the bed and, in a low voice, tried a couple of times to wake the woman up. However, the woman simply moved a little and went back to sleep, showing no intention of waking up.

Caught in a dilemma, the servant panicked as she thought about how the situation could be salvaged. However, the man standing behind her had clearly lost his patience and walked over irritably.

He was boiling over with uncontrollable rage!

Who was this wretched woman who had dared to go to sleep on his bed, and to sleep so soundly at that?!

Just as he approached the bed, preparing to personally pick the woman up and throw her out of the room, he stopped dead in his tracks.

His dark, intense eyes had focused on the face of the woman sleeping soundly in his bed.

She had a very pretty, young face with a creamy, smooth complexion–mouth outlined with rosy lips, her long lashes resting lightly on her face as she slept on. Her brows puckered ever so slightly, as though she had encountered something unpleasant in her dreams.

Since she had not been able to rouse the woman from her deep sleep, the servant used the walkie-talkie that was part of her uniform to summon the security team for help to throw her out of the boss’ bedroom.

At that moment, Jiang Beihan immediately issued his order in his signature cold and no-nonsense voice.

“Get lost!”

“Sir, but I cannot rouse her…” the servant uttered, terrified of his wrath. She could not even wake the woman from her beauty sleep, let alone throw her out!

The servant jumped in fear, totally confused by now.

So, the boss had wanted her to get lost? Not that woman?

Then again, even though she was deeply puzzled and would welcome an explanation, she did not dare let her confusion show on her face, or in her attitude.

None of the help would ever dare question the boss’ actions or motives!

Once the servant had left, the bedroom was again enveloped in a silence that was periodically interspersed by the breathing of the two people remaining.

Standing by the bed, Jiang Beihan looked at the sleeping young woman for a very long time before he began to appear unsettled, seemingly battling a range of emotions in his head.

How could it be her?

All this time, the young woman, oblivious to the commotion that she had caused, had remained deep in sleep.

It was probably the exceptionally quiet surroundings that caused the young woman to finally began to come out of her deep sleep. She stretched her arms and gently massaged her head.

Then, she slowly opened those big eyes of hers.
