360 Phone 2 Friends?

If one thing anyone knew about Samuel was that he was very good at squeezing worms, and once he became interested in someone, it was mainly for the wrong reasons.

" Go and check who this Ben Bailey is." Samuel turned toward Steve.

Both he and Arthur glanced at Glenn when they heard him; it was to give him a look of pity because he didn't know that he had sealed his father's fate by mentioning him.

If Ben was at the scene now, would he just disown his son directly? The consensus would be so because the apple never falls too far from the tree.

But seeing them looking at him like this made Glenn even more furious. He thought they were looking down on him; how dare they?

" Fuck, do you think you will get away with this? Do you even know who Antonio is? He and I are good brothers!" Seeing his father's name was ineffective, Glenn used his trump card.

He went with even more names; some were the famous second-generation of LA. Coincidently many of them were Samuel's neighbors in Beverly Hills. Glenn hoped it would work, but it has yet to do so.

In the end, he was disappointed; Samuel didn't even flinch hearing a dozen said names and continued ignoring him.

" You are ignoring me? It seems you don't know jack shit! I am really buddies with Istanbul and Antonio." He made the last struggle.

He was not lying entirely; as the person responsible for partying a lot, he was acquainted with them. Mostly because he would bring many 'new' young starlets to the scene.

It was impossible for them not to know who he was. However, it was hard to say how sincerely Istanbul and Antonio were toward Glenn.

Samuel had heard about them as they were tremendous in this city. Unfortunately, he was not personally acquainted with them.

" Good, since you insist you know them, you can call them right now." Samuel was not a patient man. He also wanted to see if these people would come; he would love to get to 'know' them.

Samuel waved his hand, allowing the people restraining him to let go of him. He brought out his phone, searching through contracts which were a little challenging considering his vision was heavily impaired.

At least he was a little relaxed because the person finally spoke after he had hounded him for minutes.

Also, Glenn noticed him changing his tone when he mentioned his 'buddies.' It meant he knew Istanbul and Antonio; he could ask them to make peace if this person was too strong; otherwise, he could proceed the other route.

If he was bluffing all this time, he would make him experience hell!

Samuel was not worried either way; he knew how much influence they had. If they colluded with each other, he didn't mind cleaning them all up together.

He had ousted centuries-old families at this point; killing a few laying chickens was a piece of cake if he put his mind to it. But he wanted to avoid unnecessary bloodshed and some allies for his upcoming problems.

Glenn finally found the first contact; it was Istanbul, he instantly dialed the number, and soon, the call was connected.

" Hey, Glenn it's strange of you to call me this early? Is there another party going on?" Istanbul was a little enthusiastic on the phone. This also provided a lot of confidence to Glenn.

"No, but there could be. It's just I ran into a little problem here."

"Problem?"

" We are at the Ritz-Carlton hotel, I am with my few buddies, and we happened to see Liliana. We wanted to invite her to a meal, so I called you..." Glenn dodged around the subject to give some context.

"Wait, who are you talking about? Who did you meet?" Before he could finish speaking, Istanbul interrupted him.

" Liliana, the one that is talk of the town lately." Glenn replied.

" Liliana from Armani press conference?" Istanbul prayed he was not talking about her.

" Ah, that's it." Glenn replied innocently.

" Fuck! Why? You bitch! If you want to die than die, don't pull me in too! Do you even know...fuck.." Istanbul screamed furiously on the phone.

" Damn, don't call me from now on, you bastard!" After cursing for a few seconds, he hung up. It didn't make sense; Glenn only heard mean slurs before the call ended.

He sincerely doubted his phone's condition; as far as he knew, he had the latest iPhone, but why would Istanbul curse at him for mentioning the girl's name. Not just him, Istanbul was so loud that people around him also heard him over the phone.

Glenn didn't know what the fuss was about; his lack of information had gotten into this mess, and now he was putting everyone he knew at risk by exposing his ties.

He did hear loud and clear that Istanbul didn't want to die by having dinner with Liliana, which did make him suspicious. His statement frightened Glenn, and his group of henchmen around him also turned pale. It looked like they were out of luck.

On the other hand, Istanbul was determined; it didn't matter who was the man they fought with. Liliana herself had a unique identity being the daughter of the Reyes family, not many people knew, but they recently made headlines by aligning themselves with Samuel.

He swiftly put his contact on the blacklist and hoped it didn't come back to bite him. He was the eldest son of his family, so everyone could be in danger too!

Although hopeless at this point, Glenn decided to use his final card; if Istanbul couldn't help, he must find Antonio to save himself!

He called the second number, and the call connected quickly. It looked like Antonio had the same mindset, hoping for a party in town.

" Young master Antonio, I need your help. I was hoping that today you could help me make peace with someone. I am in the Ritz- Carlton hotel, and it's not looking good." He sounded miserable, but his earlier defiance was totally gone. He also should have mentioned Liliana's name to have a chance to explain himself.

" Glenn? It's funny, but I warned you countless times, and why does your voice sound damp? Are you in the basement?" Antonio was more familiar with him. He knew his ways and could tell from experience that it would not end well.

" No, I was beaten." Glenn said embarrassingly.

" Beaten? What about the guys you always hang around with? Five or six people, if I remember correctly; how come you got beaten?" Antonio was making fun of Glenn.

" It's a shame but everyone from my group was there, and they are in similar condition."

"Oh, it must a big fight. How many people are on the other side?" Antonio asked.

"One."

" Are you fucking kidding me? One person put all of you to the ground? Is this a prank call?" He didn't like his time wasted over pointless things.

" No, no, how can I? I am telling you, it's just one person." Glenn hurriedly replied.

" Which young master is it? I will be completely honest with you, if the other party has a big background, I can't protect you."

Antonio obviously didn't know his dirty secrets; he was under the impression that Glenn was a player who got into some altercation. They partied in groups, so it was okay to help him out, but first, he had to look at the opponent.

He knew there were few people one could ever offend.

" I don't know but he shouldn't be a local." He told the truth; he didn't know Samuel either.

" He is not local but is arrogant enough to attack you in public? Ask who the other person is; I see what I can do over the phone." Antonio was slightly annoyed when he learned the person was not from this city.

He had great pride when it came to LA, and with his mobster background, he won't lose out on convincing the other party.

He believed Glenn would not be unlucky enough to offend some of the top dogs in the country.

Glenn just remembered that I had to ask for a name earlier. He was so hung up with himself that he believed it wouldn't be necessary considering his stature. This was his biggest mistake.

" Just tell him, it's Samuel." Samuel, who heard their conversation, only said his first name. He wanted to see how it played out.

" Young master, the other party said his name is Samuel." Glenn was like an intermediator at this point; he only wanted to escape this god-awful situation.

" Samuel? No last name, wait, what do you say his name was?" Antonio asked again. He had a bad feeling about it.

" He only said Samuel." Glenn repeated it cautiously.

" Fuck, go to your ancestor for help, forget it, they couldn't help you too! Do you want me killed that bad, you little shit?" Antonio understood only one man would leave out his surname and could potentially beat so many people.
