Even though I knew he was acting, I still found his surprised expression funny.

“As expected of my best friend. So? Do you want to go?”

“Sure, but shouldn’t you handle Tian Ling first?”

Hao Ran lost all signs of energy at the mention of Tian Ling. I, on the other hand, laughed lightly before staring out the window and asking, “So what do you plan to do? Tian Ling is definitely not going to let up on this chance.”

“Bring her to Sister Yao and let them stall each other right?”

I took a guess before Hao Ran could speak. I did not need to look to tell that Hao Ran was surprised, so I turned around and was about to act smug when I saw trouble approaching.

“Yu Fei, are you ok?”

“Huh? Yeah, I’m fine.”

I shook my head, signifying that I was fine and placed one hand across the back of the chair, sitting sideways on the chair.

“So, what did you do to piss Sister Yao off?”

“It’s a little hard to put into words.”

“Just try your best.”

“It’s because I chased her out of my room after waking up and finding her sleeping with me under my blanket.”

It’s supposed to be a nice scene to wake up to, but the trouble starts from here.

“Why not appreciate your luck? Did you find it annoying?”

“Of course I found it annoying.” Hao Ran waved his hands, troubled just by thinking of it, “I couldn’t stand it at all.”

“Ara, so that’s how Hao Ran sees me.”

Hearing the familiar voice, Hao Ran froze.

He blinked at me rapidly, trying to confirm if his guess was right.

I looked at him sadly, shaking my head to confirm the bad news.

After a short moment of silence, Hao Ran took off running trying to escape her sister who was right on his tail.
