I Am Not Your Milkshake

In the President's Office. 

"Feng'ao, I'm looking forward to this cooperation..." Ye Ning'an stretched out her hand with a smile.

However, instead of looking at her, Su Feng'ao cast his sight outside the window.

She withdrew her hand awkwardly, pretending that nothing had happened. Then she came to Su Feng'ao and looked in that direction. ‘Who is there with Qin San?’ 

No one knew what Qin San and Mu Jiuyue were talking about. It seemed that they were both smiling happily.

"Is she Qin San's girlfriend?" Ye Ning'an asked curiously.

After hearing her words, Su Feng'ao burst into laughter. "You still care about everything as much as you used to."

The smile froze on Ye Ning'an's lips. Then she said in an affectionate tone, "I just asked without thinking. You have not changed a bit all these years."

"Miss Ye, are you here to reminisce with me?" Su Feng'ao responded by asking. "If so, I have nothing to say. You can leave now."

Ye Ning'an went stiff, but she still forced a smile. "Of course not. This cooperation between Su Group and Ye Group..."

Su Feng'ao looked at Ye Ning'an out of the corner of his eye. A strange expression flashed across his face.

Mu Jiuyue was bending over the desk in the office, weak and downhearted.

Suddenly someone knocked on her desk, which made Mu Jiuyue sit up subconsciously. Here came the director. 

"Mu Jiuyue, it's office time." The director said calmly in a serious tone.

Mu Jiuyue straightened her shoulders and looked steadily forward.

"President Su told you to go to his office." Before the director's voice had died away, everyone's eyes were focused on Mu Jiuyue. The mention of President aroused a lot of comments among the people here.

Mu Jiuyue smiled awkwardly. ‘What does Su Feng'ao want to do?’ 

In the President's Office on the top floor.

Mu Jiuyue knocked the door. Then Su Feng'ao's voice came from inside. "Come in."

"Uncle Su, what can I do for you?" She sauntered to the desk, and then sat down with one hand cupping her chin and the other tapping on the table.

"This is Ye Group's proposal." Su Feng'ao threw her a document, saying in a calm and casual tone.

"Uncle Su, what are you doing?" Mu Jiuyue looked warily at the document on the desk instead of reaching for it.

"This is the case of Ye Group. Your director turned it down, so you are in charge of the case now." Su Feng'ao said leisurely, as if he had seen through her mind.

"Me?" Mu Jiuyue raised her voice suddenly. Apparently she couldn't believe it.

"Do you have any objection to that?" Su Feng'ao lifted his eyebrows.

"Of course not!" Mu Jiuyue's frustrations and feelings of powerlessness nearly drove her to tears. But she made up her mind to accept this task.

Suddenly, a bright idea came up to her. She looked at Su Feng'ao cunningly. "But I have a request."

‘Oh, my! What evil plan is on her mind?’ 

He got through the internal call directly without giving her a reply. "Ask Yu Jie..."

Before he finished his words, Mu Jiuyue bent over the desk, pressed the answering button and forced a smile. "Uncle Su, there is still room for negotiation."

"Oh?" Su Feng'ao showed a half smile.

Then he hit Mu Jiuyue on her hand, which made Mu Jiuyue withdraw her hand in pain rapidly. Mu Jiuyue showed a fierce look as soon as Su Feng'ao looked somewhere else. However, the fierceness in her eyes disappeared as soon as Su Feng'ao looked at her.

Mu Jiuyue was relieved to see Su Feng'ao hang up the phone. She had an inspiration. "Uncle Su, if I'm in charge of this important project, I'll have to put in a lot of time. If so, I won't have time to run. Is it right?"

She really didn't want to get up early and run around the villa under supervision!

"Do you think there is still room for negotiation on this matter?" Su Feng’ao didn’t give her a reply and tried to conceal his true feeling.

Mu Jiuyue still made a last-ditch attempt. "Will I get rewarded if I do it well?"

Bending over the desk, she raised her head and looked at him pitifully.

"Uncle Su, have you considered my feelings when you forced me to run? Look, I am as thin as a rake!" Mu Jiuyue pinched her chubby cheeks with a pitiful look.

Su Feng’ao raised his eyebrows, and an evil idea flashed across his mind. Then he reached out and pinched Mu Jiuyue's cheek, saying seriously, "Well, you're still fat. It seems that you'll get used to it after a few more laps."

Mu Jiuyue was dazed. She took a few steps back when she came down to earth. Then she kept shaking her head. "No! Uncle Su, it will backfire if you force me to do something I don't like! I'm used to being chubby! Please let me go!"

Then she ceremoniously bowed low to Su Feng'ao and hurried away.

What a joke! She didn't want to run another lap!

Mu Jiuyue didn't stop until she reached the elevator. Her heart beat so fast she could hardly breath.

"He's so ruthless!" Mu Jiuyue rubbed the cheek that Su Feng'ao had pinched just now with her lips twitched.

Her spirits drooped immediately at the sight of the document in her hand. She should not have accepted this annoying task. 

She had no confidence in finishing this project.

"Why did I brag to him?" Mu Jiuyue tugged her hair and stepped impatiently into the lift.

‘This is collaboration between Su Group and Ye Group. What's more, the head of the project sent by the Ye Group is his ex-girlfriend. I would get in big trouble if this task is messed up by me!’ 

She shook her head and looked at her chubby face in the mirror of the lift, which almost drove her to tears.

She really didn't like running!
