Take a day off and take it easy.

Last month was too difficult. At the beginning of the month, my lumbar disc protruded; in the middle of the month, I encountered something and my mentality collapsed; at the end of the month, it was okay, but on the last day my home kang exploded. I was lying on the kang and felt what it means to be flying. Feeling, and then tidy up for most of the day, and another night of insomnia at night.
