A thunderous scream came from Chleo's room, making Diego, who was still having a pleasant dream, wake up immediately. He quickly left his room and went to the next room.

"What is it? What now? What is missing this time?"

"My bracelet. I can't find my bracelet."

Diego sighed heavily hearing that. At first, he thought the missing item was an important one. It turned out to be just an ordinary bracelet.

Chleo often loses things, but everyone knew Chleo gave special care for this bracelet. Even after three years, not even once did Chleo lose it. Now the bracelet had disappeared; of course, it would make Chleo very sad. "Go downstairs first. Breakfast is ready," ordered Cathy to Diego.

After Diego went out to obey his mother, Cathy walked over to her daughter and sat next to her.

"Darling, perhaps you forgot to store it somewhere. Have breakfast first, then try to remember where you put it. Hmm?"

"But I never took it off," responded Chleo limply.

Cathy put her arm around her daughter's shoulders to comfort her. "Your father said yesterday you came to his office? Maybe your bracelet fell there. Do you want to come back to check it out? Who knows a cleaning service employee found your bracelet?"

"Really?" Chleo looked at her mother with hopeful eyes.

"Who knows? Come on, let's have breakfast first."

Chleo sighed in defeat and then got up to follow in her mother's footsteps.

After having breakfast together, Chleo went with Diego with their private driver to go to their respective schools. It wasn't until the afternoon after school that Chleo headed to her father's office.

She didn't ask the receptionist this time and went straight into the elevator. She behaved as if she was one of this building's workers.

Chleo remembered she bumped into someone she thought was the blue king on the fifth floor. Maybe she could find a clue there. After getting out of the elevator, she walked into an office space filled with work desks with glass-like borders on each table. Chleo went to one of them and asked the person about the fallen jewelry.
