When I started reading this Yu-Gi-Oh game, I never imagined that I would get to this point... To be honest, it feels a bit unreal even now.

Last week, my editor Xiao Yuan contacted me on QQ and said that she had found a way to help me get a splash screen recommendation and asked me to work hard.

My first reaction at that time was not happiness, but——

--ah? Editor, did you poke the wrong person?

Then she sent me a preview of the splash screen cover that Qidian helped me create. When I saw my name prominently displayed on the cover, I suddenly realized that this book had really come so far.

Such data and achievements are undoubtedly closely related to the support of every duelist so far. Every subscription, every tip, every recommendation ticket and monthly pass of ours are of great significance to this book. Here, I must express my most sincere gratitude.

As I mentioned in my closing remarks on the last book, I tend to be more casual when opening new areas. If I don’t have any ideas or anything in particular I want to write about, I simply don’t write for the time being. (After the last book was finished, I waited a long time for it to be published, which also kept some old book friends waiting for a long time)

This Yu-Gi-Oh! started out as a simple idea, a sudden impulse to write down this story about duelists.

As I mentioned before, almost everyone was negative when I came up with this idea. Some author friends said that it would be unwise to rashly try a subject that is not commonly seen on the best-seller list. Some old book friends said that although they are willing to continue to support, they are not optimistic about the potential of this subject (really thank you very much), and then even When I submitted the article, the editor also confirmed with me whether she decided to open this pit - because even based on her experience, she was not sure how deep the water in this pit would be.

Of course, as you have now seen, I ended up writing the story. Judging from the results alone, I can happily say that this seems to be a wise decision.

So strictly speaking, the most fortunate thing about this book from the time I submitted it until now is probably meeting my editor, Madoka, and the editors of the entire starting point nine group who decided to give me resources and opportunities.

Even if I choose a subject that has never appeared on the Qidian bestseller list, the recommendation of this book has not stopped for a day since the pit was opened. Not only was this a splash screen, this book was fully resourced from the time it was tested to the time it was put on the shelves, and its exposure rate was quite high. If not for this, I might not have had the opportunity to meet so many duelists.
