Mo Sanshan kept Zi Bufan busy and made room for Zi Chongshan to act. The Demon Sovereign stood in midair; he was drugged by Mo Sanshan. He seemed to be detoxifying his body.

"Chen Tianyuan? Don't show any courtesy toward the demonic sect. Do it!" Zi Chongshan roared, then charged toward the poisoned Demon Sovereign with countless lightning bolts.

"Roar~~~~~~~~!"

The massive blood dragon controlled by Se Yutian soared into the sky and roared vehemently. The powerful sound waves clashed against Zi Chongshan's lightning bolts. Se Yutian was standing on top of the blood dragon's head showing a ferocious look. He bellowed, "Mighty Dragon!"

Se Yutian and Zi Chongshan's Qi-palms clashed, generating a powerful shockwave.

"Chen Tianyuan, the Demon Sovereign is poisoned. Do it now! What are you waiting for? Now is the time to eliminate this evil!" Zi Chongshan urged anxiously.

Chen Tianyuan’s eyebrows were furrowed as he looked at the poisoned Demon Sovereign, as though unwilling to take advantage of the latter’s moment of weakness. But hesitation was dropped as he thought it was a war between their factions.

A vast ethereal sword was manifested out of thin air and descended from above. It looked like it divided the sky in half, and was about to destroy the Demon Sovereign the next moment.

The latter narrowed his eyes and pointed his finger forward.

"Booooom!"

A laser sword beamed out of his fingertip, which clashed with Chen Tianyuan's ethereal sword. The two forms of energy tussled against each other, generating a brilliant radiance that blinded all the onlookers.

"Oh, the righteous and upright Chen Tianyuan! You also like to take advantage of others' weaknesses nowadays, huh?" said the Demon Sovereign as he looked coldly at the righteous powerhouse.

Chen Tianyuan frowned a little. He replied, "I would love to have a fair fight with you! But this time around, Zi Chongshan and the others sacrificed countless disciples to eliminate evil and redeem the world. I don't want that sacrifice to be for naught! So, I'm sorry for offending you!"
