Theo went into the kitchen and pulled out three large chickens and deboned it leaving the meat to be cut up into bite-sized pieces.

Some time passed and he was now just waiting for the rice to cook. While waiting he sat on the sofa and checked his emails.

Most of them were from some companies who wanted to buy the rights to his songs some were polite about when most were some demanding it.

While looking through his email Megan and the others had arrived.

Emily & Chloe "Big Brother!!"

With a loud shout, they jumped up onto the sofa, either side of Theo and gave him a big hug and Emily asked "Can you do more cartoons"

Theo: "Yeah there's a few I have in mind but maybe later"

Emily: "Oh but I want to see big brothers cartoons faster"

Theo rubbed her blond hair with his hand lightly smiled "Give me some time, okay?"

Emily and Chloe reluctantly nodded. Seeing them disappointed, Theo picks up the laptop and played Frozen. The two little girls were once again happy.

Megan: "Hey Theo, is dinner ready"

Theo: "Yeah just waiting on the rice it has 1 minute left"

Rose: "Theo, I demand compensation"

Theo was at loss and replied "Sorry but can I ask why"

Rose pointed at her eyes that clearly had bags underneath and said with grief "Emily has been singing the songs from Frozen all night and day I can barely get any sleep, she also watches it every chance she can get"

Sophia: "Same here, Chloe is normally quiet but after learning how to sing with you she can't seem to stop"

Chloe and Emily, we're on a separate chair and had begun singing "Let it Go let it go"

Theo "Come on, isn't it cute"

Rose: "It was cute the first three times but after the fiftieth time it only became an unwanted noise"

Theo sighed and responded "Fine, what type of compensation"

Rose: "We want you to host and set up Emily's and Chloe's birthday party, next week Saturday"

Sophia was happy with the idea and nodded.

Theo was startled by her request "I can't possibly do that, we've only met two to three do you really trust me that much"

Rose & Sophia "Yes"

Theo's Thoughts 'Fuck you, you perverted system'

Theo: "Fine, I'll do it"

Rose: "Good, I'm sure Emily and Chloe would be happy to hear their big brother do their birthday party"

The rice was ready and Theo walked to the kitchen to get the food ready.

Theo: "Dinners ready"

Everyone sat down for dinner and talked about their day. After dinner, Sophia and Rose left due to having to get their kids to school the next day.

Monday morning at 5:00 am

Theo had finally returned back to his regular wake up time and was fully ready to go back to his usual morning schedule.

He got off his comfy bed and stretched his body. Made his way to the bathroom and cleaned himself up. Getting changed into the weighted clothing and tuning it invisible, he then put on a plain black shirt and light blue shorts over the weighted clothing.

Theo's workout changed to that of practising his mix martial arts. Although martial arts is not entirely needed in his case, since his speed, reaction speed and strength makes him even able to contend with multiple opponents.

But who cares its every mans dream to kick ass with style and martial arts is that style. And Theo's range for martial arts is much more than regular people.

Theo's body could be said to have the best foundation for martial arts, especially when you consider his slim body possesses power, flexibility and tenacity.

Stepping into his backyard he began his practice. Theo spent an hour just doing some basic punches before moving onto learning some basic kicks. After an hour of that, he mixed the basic kicks and punches.

It took a while him to find a rhythm that suits him best but when he did it was beautiful. His movements flowed naturally like water, power came only when needed.

Theo was focused on building a solid foundation before proceeding to the more advanced movements. At 9 am he had stopped after being covered in sweat head to toe.

Walking in he saw Megan was already awake "Your up early"

Megan: "Yep I'm going out with the girls after they drop off Emily and Chloe at kindergarten, wanna join?"

Theo: "Yeah sure, it's not like I have anything else to do"
