Chapter 739 The Prophecy No One Saw

Chapter 739 The Prophecy No One Saw

Privet Road, Xiaohuijin District.

When Sirius Phantom teleported here, he immediately felt a chill emanating from all directions, and at the same time, he understood why Sirius had taken the initiative to seek help.

The sky was filled with a dark mass of Dementors, numbering well over fifty, completely blocking out the sunlight from the entire block.

It's July, the hottest time of the year, but everywhere here is covered in glistening frost, as if it were still winter.

There was no one on the street—although the Muggles couldn't see the Dementors, they could clearly sense the abnormal temperature changes around them.

The news reports that a truck transporting liquid nitrogen leaked, which caused this unusual phenomenon.

The balding host repeatedly emphasized how dangerous the leaked liquid nitrogen was on the show, urging nearby residents to stay home until professionals had cleaned up the scene before venturing out.

Most people were quite receptive to advice; at least in Xilun, not a single Muggle was seen.

"Silon! It's you?"

At that moment, Sirius, who was directing a large silver dog to drive away the Dementors, also noticed the arriving reinforcements. But he was startled when he recognized the man as Sirius.

"What are you doing? The mysterious man could come at any moment. If you don't want to be captured, you'd better get back to Diagon Alley!"

"I will go back, but not now," Siron said, as he took out his wand and swung it forcefully.

The unicorn's soul leaped into the air with a whoosh, plunging headfirst into the group of Dementors without any prompting from Xilun.

It was as if a brush had swept across the dusty floor.

In an instant, a bright and clean area appeared in the dark sky, and the Dementors that were there were crushed before they could even put up a fight.

Sirius was stunned. Hermione's wand fell to the ground, Ron rubbed his eyes hard, and even the Dementors were silent for a moment.

The Dementors had poor eyesight and couldn't see the unicorn, but they could sense that something terrible had appeared, and many of their companions vanished in an instant.

Sirius couldn't believe it either. For a moment, he thought someone was using insecticide to clean up the vixens hiding in the ceiling.

This happened before when they were cleaning up number twelve Grimmauld Place. The ceiling lizards fell down as soon as they were sprayed with insecticide, revealing the original color of the ceiling.

There are no vixens here now, only hordes of Dementors, the most terrifying monsters in the magical world, bar none.

In the brief moment they were stunned, the unicorn's soul had already turned around on the other side and rushed back into the Dementors.

The Dementors immediately panicked, screaming and scattering in all directions. For the first time, these monsters stationed in Azkaban showed signs of "panic."

The black cloaks billowed and tangled together like rotten leaves whipped up by a gale. Rotten fingertips frantically pushed their kind around them, stumbling and scattering in all directions. They didn't know where they were going; they just instinctively wanted to escape that scorching ball of light, as hot as the sun.

In just a few breaths, the once gloomy street regained its brightness, leaving only a pile of broken black fragments. The temperature returned to normal, and the frost on the leaves was melting rapidly at a visible speed.

In just a few minutes, the Dementors that had Sirius Black helpless were defeated?

Sirius rubbed his eyes, just like Ron. He looked up; the sky was still bright, and the late July sun was a bit dazzling, casting an unsettling heat on his skin.

The unicorn's spirit seemed a little unhappy—the Dementors were running too fast, but it couldn't stray too far from its wand.

"The Dementors are really dealt with—" Ron blinked blankly. "How did you do that?"

Siren didn't speak, staring intently in the direction the Dementors had fled.

He wanted to chat with Ron, Sirius, and the others a bit more, to catch up, but for some reason, after the Dementors escaped, he felt a vague sense of unease and palpitations.

But there was clearly nothing there—

A moment later, a loud crackling sound came from the side, bringing Xilun back to his senses.

Fred arrived, also using Apparition, but he thought he had come to the wrong place.

This is clearly a sunny neighborhood; it doesn't look like it has any Dementors at all.

Until he saw Sirius, Sirius, and Ron and the others not far away.

"Where are the Dementors?"

All eyes turned to Xilun.

But Xilun still didn't explain, and continued to look into the distance.

Meanwhile, in Diagon Alley, on a table on the second floor of Ollivanders Wand Shop, the crystal ball that had been sitting there suddenly began to roll, revealing an image in the middle. If anyone were present, they would have seen that the image depicted Privet Drive.

Not only that, but Sirius Black, Ron, Hermione, and Fred are all in it.

Then, a cloud of black mist appeared at the end of the block. It was Voldemort; he emerged from the mist and, without a word, killed everyone present.

The image disappeared there, and the crystal ball returned to its previous state.

As if sensing something, Celen suddenly turned around and grabbed Fred's shoulder.

"Go back, quickly!"

After saying that, he immediately Apparated and disappeared from Privet Road.

Although Fred had many questions and didn't know what Siren was doing, he subconsciously chose to believe Siren and Apparated away with him.

The bewildered Sirius Blacks looked at each other, exchanging glances, not understanding what they meant.

Without even saying hello, is it really that serious?

"Anyway, this is a good thing." Sirius Black finally spoke up first: "Siren shouldn't have risked leaving Diagon Alley in the first place; he was safest there."

"None of that matters." Ron shook his head dismissively. "Speaking of which, what's with that unicorn? You all saw it, right? The Dementors couldn't even put up a fight against it. It was incredible. Is it a Guardian Angel too?"

"It shouldn't be," Sirius said. "I've seen this spell before. Sirius didn't use the Patronus Charm at all."

"Are there any other spells that can deal with Dementors?" Hermione asked curiously.

"Theoretically speaking—no." Sirius shook his head. "As far as I know, Dementors are only afraid of Patronus, and that's common knowledge that all wizards know."

"That unicorn from before—"

"Maybe it's for another reason," Sirius said, suddenly realizing he was overreacting.

A unicorn's soul can even alter a werewolf's curse; crushing a few Dementors doesn't seem like a big deal.
