Chapter 649 Do robots dream of electric sheep?

The fierce winds of the battle realm, carrying the smell of rust and ozone from the burning air, penetrated through the gaps in the thick tent. In the center of the tent, a holographic sand table was depicting the enemy's defenses outside the Southern Great Wall.

Currently, the lords and councilors have very little information about the enemy forces. They only know that these invaders are robots from another dimension, but their abilities, tactical logic, and core weaknesses remain unknown.

Today, these fleshless, tireless monsters are stationed beneath the Great Wall, forming a death barrier in the face of the mutant coalition.

Around the holographic sand table, the core forces among the mutants are huddled together.

Professor X, seated in a specially designed hovering wheelchair, said softly, "We can only confirm that the enemy is a swarm of robots. They are numerous and have extremely strong collaborative combat capabilities, but we know nothing about their specific energy source, core command system, or whether they possess special abilities."

In the end, even Charles began to sigh, "We know too little, and the risk of a forced attack is extremely high, which would cause our compatriots to suffer a great deal of unnecessary sacrifice."

The Red Queen was created by Mr. Sinister as a clone of Jean Grey to fight against Apocalypse. In name, Mr. Sinister was practically the Red Queen's father.

The Red Queen accused Mr. Evil of refusing to provide a clone army to test the enemy's strength. She also exposed his weakness, stating that a clone could be created for just 170,000 dollars.

Mr. Evil sneered and accused the Red Queen, saying that she could summon countless demons as cannon fodder with just a little magic, which would be much cheaper than her own efforts!

The surrounding Krako councilors and mutant lords sighed. These two hadn't gotten along even in front of God-King Doom, and now they were exchanging insults and attacks. This greatly displeased Lord Apocalypse.

Just as he was about to reprimand the two lords for not thinking about how to relieve Lord Doom's worries, but instead undermining each other, the guards at the entrance of the camp automatically lined up on both sides, and a series of clattering footsteps approached from afar.

Rune didn't stand on ceremony and said directly, "Of course you can. You don't need to come up with any tactics. I will help you deal with the garrisons outside the Great Wall."

When he said this, his tone was very calm, as if he were stating a given fact.

Rune volunteered for a reason; he wanted to quickly identify the types of enemies so he could find targeted solutions.

"Arrogant!" Magneto clenched his fist, the suspended metal fragments spinning rapidly in response to his emotions. "We know nothing about these robots. Even I wouldn't dare to claim victory so easily. How can you be so irresponsible with your own life?"

But Charles, standing beside him, grasped Magneto's hand, looked at his old friend with a smile, and said softly, "Don't worry, he has the ability."

Magneto glanced at Rune, then at Charles. He recognized the man; not long ago, this sorcerer named Rune had forcibly killed the Black Emperor in Krakone.

It's not that I want to stand up for Black King; Magneto doesn't support the proposal to create second-generation mutants either. But dealing with an entire army is different from fighting alone, especially since intelligence suggests that the opponent's strongest ability seems to be dreams.
