Chapter 17 Oppose me? Take this Rasengan!

Today's clan meeting was not held in that small room inside the Nanga Shrine because there wasn't enough room for all the clan members attending.

In the past, the clan members who attended the clan meeting were basically those who had awakened the Sharingan. This time was different. All Uchiha ninjas had to attend, and even rookie genin who were still doing D-rank missions came.

The last time such a large-scale event occurred was when Madara Uchiha made up his mind to reconcile with the Senju clan and jointly create Konoha Village.

This sudden move left every Uchiha present with mixed feelings; today's clan meeting might very well determine the fate of the Uchiha for the next few decades.

"He's here! Uchiha Nan is here!"

A voice suddenly rang out from the crowd, causing the previously noisy crowd to fall silent and turn their eyes toward Uchiha Nan. The crowd parted to make way for Uchiha Nan to walk to the front.

Uchiha Nan felt no discomfort from the gazes of the crowd and walked straight forward with his signature smile on his face.

Standing at the highest point, Uchiha Tomita stood with his hands behind his back, watching Uchiha Nan walk step by step onto the platform.

"Chief, I believe you already know the purpose of my call for this clan meeting today."

"You and Tobirama Senju are remnants of the old era. The new era has no ship capable of carrying you. The new era needs young people like me to lead the Uchiha!"

"You should abdicate!"

Uchiha Nan got straight to the point, stating his purpose simply and directly, without any beating around the bush or even the most basic pleasantries.

Confident, arrogant, domineering!

The Uchiha present all sensed the change in Uchiha Nan today; his behavior was completely different from before, which astonished them.

"What spirit!"

"The Uchiha clan is fortunate to have a young man like you."

Uchiha Tomita praised it, but then his tone turned chilling as he spoke:

"But don't you think you're being too arrogant?"

"Do they really think that just because Tobirama Senju is dead, they can run rampant in the Uchiha clan, or even Konoha?"

As Uchiha Tomita spoke, his aura was overwhelming. He revealed his three-tomoe Sharingan, stared at Uchiha Nan, and unleashed a powerful burst of chakra. The wood beneath his feet cracked, threatening to explode at any moment.

Uchiha Nan's expression remained unchanged; this little bit of stuff wasn't enough to make him back down.

"Today, you want to become the head of the Uchiha clan. Do you think you're worthy?"

Uchiha Tomita pointed to the Uchiha members present, and his supporters immediately understood his meaning.

"Only Clan Head Tomita can lead the Uchiha!"

"That greenhorn is so arrogant!"

"You're not good enough for me!"

"."

In an instant, sighs and groans arose, drowning out the voices of the remaining Uchiha members, including Uchiha Inahi, Uchiha Tetsuka, and their supporters.

A deafening chorus of opposition resounded throughout the entire Nanga Shrine.

Tomita Uchiha wore a smug expression. After more than a decade of working within the Uchiha clan, he had long since earned absolute respect.

He was no incompetent clan leader. He stood out and became the clan leader after Madara Uchiha left, and led the Uchiha clan to greater prosperity. He was not someone that Uchiha Nan could easily shake.

Uchiha Nan turned his head to look at the source of the initial sound. A dozen or so Uchiha members with three tomoe were staring at him intently, like wolves eyeing their prey.

snort!

Everyone's against me, huh? Then none of us should play this game!

I'm flipping the table!

"Lava Release: Rasengan!"

Uchiha Nan snorted coldly and instantly conjured a Lava Release: Rasengan with one hand. The power was just right, enough to teach these dozen or so Uchiha a lesson and shut everyone up.

They're all shouting so loudly, they need to be taught a lesson!

Uchiha Nan looked at the group of Uchiha and threw them out without hesitation.

"Damn it, you're insane!!"

"run?"

"We can't leave, our people are still here."

"Where are the barrier ninjas? Follow them!"

The dozen or so three-tomoe Uchiha were on high alert. They felt a deadly threat from that shuriken, but they had to withstand it. If it exploded, the younger generation of Uchiha present would definitely suffer heavy casualties!

"Water Release: Water Formation Wall!"

"Earth Release: Earthflow Wall!"

"Ninja Art: Four Directions Barrier!"

Various defensive ninjutsu were used, including one that was skilled in sealing barriers, which barely managed to intercept the Lava Release: Rasengan.

With a deafening roar, the heatwave affected all the Uchiha present. The weaker Uchiha were knocked down, but fortunately, there were no casualties, only some superficial injuries.

Every Uchiha was covered in dust and looked terrified. How could attending a clan gathering be so dangerous?

"You bastard, you're a lunatic!"

Uchiha Tomita's eyes were bloodshot, and the three tomoe in his Sharingan spun wildly. How dare Uchiha Kusunoki use such a dangerous ninjutsu in this situation?

We can't keep him here!

Just as Uchiha Tomita was about to make a move, Uchiha Nan conjured another Lava Release: Rasengan in his hand.

Immediately, Tomita Uchiha stopped what he was doing and looked at Nana Uchiha with murderous intent in his eyes.

"Calm down now? Are you still going to yell?"

Holding a deadly weapon, Uchiha Nan looked at the Uchiha members below the stage with an unbridled expression, who all lowered their heads in anger but dared not speak out.

Especially the dozen or so Uchiha members from earlier, their clothes were tattered, their hair was singed, and they were all injured. They looked at Uchiha Nan with murderous intent in their eyes, but none of them dared to move.

Fearing that Uchiha Nan would strike again, they knew they couldn't dodge and had to take the hit head-on. If they dodged, the surrounding clansmen would be in trouble, as they weren't as crazy as Uchiha Nan.

Uchiha Nan is even more Uchiha than the Uchiha clan!

"Molten Release? How do you know that?"

Uchiha Tomita's gaze turned serious. Only now did he realize that the ninjutsu Uchiha Nan had used was actually Lava Release. Where did the Uchiha get such a bloodline limit?

This was, of course, drawn by Uchiha Nan from the roulette wheel; it was the only time he had ever gotten an orange reward from such a lucky person.

It was kept hidden until today before being used in public; all the others who had seen this move were already dead.

When faced with Tomita's question, Nan retorted with a blank stare, "How could I tell you my most secret secret?"

"Hmph, is this all you have to offer?"

"I'm telling you, your actions have seriously violated the clan rules, and killing you is entirely justified!"

"It's not too late to turn back now. I can spare your life. Surrender now, or do you really want to cut yourself off from the Uchiha clan?"

Uchiha Tomita's tone was serious, not daring to push too far, for fear of angering Uchiha Nan and causing him to casually unleash the ninjutsu he had just used.

Uchiha Nan was truly born evil.
