Marvel Universe's Ultimate Martial Arts School

049 Vibranium and Red Copper Mixture

"I've completed the data analysis and 3D simulation. Using vibranium to create an energy harvester, its state is not only incredibly stable, but vibranium itself also has the special function of absorbing and storing energy. It can even actively reduce the energy consumption of my energy extraction. As an energy harvester, these two are simply a match made in heaven!"

Lin Feng's eyes lit up upon hearing this.

There are readily available materials? That's great news! If I just teach Tony how to modify the machine race's spaceship engine, with his inhuman work efficiency, I might be able to go to Mars tomorrow.

"There's just one problem," Tony Stark said. "Vibranium is so scarce. My father collected all the vibranium on the market at the time and used it to make a shield, but that only weighed 5.4 kilograms. According to my calculations, to make an energy harvester, you would need at least 10 kilograms, which is still quite a bit short."

"Only 5.4 kilograms in the whole world? What kind of material is it made of?" Lin Feng became interested. "Is it an alloy?"

"No, it's a natural metal," Tony Stark said. "This stuff can cost up to ten thousand dollars a gram. If it could be synthesized, it would be everywhere by now."

"Where is it made?"

"Africa. I previously asked Nick Fury to check the information about my dad when he made vibranium shields. It mentioned that he mainly acquired them in Africa, but they were all in bits and pieces. There wasn't any specific mine that was mining this stuff on a large scale."

"Most of them are produced in silver mines. Perhaps a silver mine with an annual output of 100,000 tons can produce only 20 or 30 grams of vibranium a year. The proportion is too small. What's even stranger is that this stuff only occasionally appears in silver mines in Africa, and it's limited to East Africa."

"I suspect this is some kind of meteorite metal that didn't originally exist on Earth. It fell somewhere in East Africa, ejecting fragments upon impact, which then scattered into the surrounding geology. Because of its attraction to silver, over millions of years it has integrated into some local silver veins, resulting in scattered, small-scale production," Tony Stark said. "If that's the case, then perhaps there are truly pure vibranium veins somewhere in East Africa! After all, for it to spread its ejecta across the entire East Africa upon impact, the original meteorite must have been quite large, at least a couple hundred meters in diameter and over a million cubic meters."

"I've already had someone contact mining companies in Africa to get information and offer high prices. We should be able to get some more. I've also sent a geological team to East Africa to explore for veins and see if we can find any. It might take a lot of time, but if we really find vibranium, hahaha, that would be fantastic news!"

"After all, vibranium, in terms of hardness, toughness, and other properties, far surpasses any existing metal on Earth. If it were used to make a brand new Iron Man suit, coupled with Krono, hahaha! My God, I can't even imagine how powerful that would be!"

Tony Stark spoke with great enthusiasm.

Lin Feng, however, was already deeply moved.

It's not the new Iron Man suit that Tony Stark talks about; to a warrior who pursues the ultimate, that's nothing more than a puppet.

However... a new metal that surpasses all known metals and elements on Earth in every aspect of performance is very attractive to me!

What am I? A golden-horned behemoth! A cosmic behemoth! A metal Taotie from ancient Chinese culture!

Just listening to the introduction of vibranium made Lin Feng's mouth water!

Vibranium veins in East Africa.

Lin Feng's mind raced.

Just as Stark analyzed, this thing couldn't possibly be from a normal silver mine. Otherwise, with so many silver mines in the world, why would only East Africa produce such a small amount each year?

It is highly likely to be a meteorite from outer space, which means that there must be a main vibranium deposit somewhere in East Africa.

Are we just waiting for Tony Stark's geological team to explore at their own pace?

I'm too lazy to wait.

Lin Feng's thoughts stirred slightly, and an invisible magnetic field unconsciously unfolded.

Then a series of buzzing vibrations were heard.

Everything in the second-floor restaurant—spoons, benches, tables, even the steel frame—that was made of metal began to vibrate involuntarily, giving the chef in the kitchen a big fright.

And this magnetic field is still spreading rapidly, extending to the entire martial arts school, the surrounding neighborhood, and even a ten-kilometer radius around the school!

The Realm of Gold!

The realm is not something that the physical body carries with it; once you comprehend it, you comprehend it. It follows the spirit and soul.

One can use the Golden Domain with one's own Golden Horned Beast body, and the same goes for a human body.

Within a ten-kilometer radius, nothing related to metal can escape its detection!

Instead of waiting for Tony Stark's geological team to slowly explore, it's better to go there yourself!

At its own pace, exploring the entire East Africa would only take half a day.

Crackling sounds!

As Lin Feng was thinking this, in broad daylight, countless lights on the street suddenly started flashing, and countless things began to shake, frightening people who rushed out of their houses, thinking that an earthquake had occurred.

Lin Feng was startled to realize what was happening when he heard the commotion.

At this moment, the domain was withdrawn, and the impact and fluctuations within a ten-kilometer radius disappeared instantly.

I am not yet proficient enough in my field... I am not flexible enough in controlling it.

However, this trip is a good opportunity to go to Africa to find vibranium veins and get familiar with them.

"Do you have any materials on hand right now?" Lin Feng asked Stark directly. "Send a copy to me... never mind, just give me the coordinates, I'll come find you!"

Stark Industries Building in the heart of Manhattan.

When Lin Feng arrived, Stark was cutting up the vibranium shield left by his father.

This thing was originally kept at S.H.I.E.L.D., but he just tricked it out of Nick Fury, saying it was for some kind of new technology research and he needed to borrow it for a few days.

Nick Fury didn't mince words on this matter; after all, the owner of the shield was still asleep in S.H.I.E.L.D.'s secret base, showing absolutely no signs of waking up.

Let Tony do the experiment if he wants. It's just for a few days. Are you worried he'll break it?

As it turns out, Nick Fury's "reassurance" was not without merit.

At this moment, Tony Stark was seen wearing thick goggles, and three flattened diamond drill bits were already placed next to the cutting table.

They have now switched to laser cutting machines.

But from the time Lin Feng hung up the phone until he arrived, he had been busy for more than ten minutes. The dazzling laser continued to work on the shield, but there wasn't even a tiny gap the size of a grain of rice on the shield. No wonder Nick Fury gave it to him so generously; he wasn't afraid that Lin Feng could break it at all.

"This stuff is great in every way, except its melting point is just too high," Tony Stark complained. "According to my father's experimental records, its melting point is a whopping 80 million degrees Celsius! Good heavens... Before this, the highest melting point of our natural metal, tungsten, was only 3410 degrees Celsius... That's more than 20,000 times higher!"

"The world's existing furnaces simply cannot melt it, let alone melt it, they can't even get it 'hot'! Back then, my father specially built a nuclear fusion supertoroid for it, ah, the so-called artificial sun! Its core electron temperature can reach 1 million degrees Celsius, and it took a lot of effort to build this shield..."

"I don't have a nuclear fusion super-ring here, so I thought I'd try cutting it directly. But I broke three diamond drill bits, and even the laser cutter couldn't do it... Sigh, it seems I still have to use my father's old method. But first, I need to make a nuclear fusion super-ring for an artificial sun. It's not too difficult, but it will take a long time. Everything will have to start from scratch."

As Lin Feng listened to his explanation, he casually turned off the laser cutter and then focused all his attention on the vibranium shield in front of him.

The golden realm only slightly unfolded.

Having witnessed the previous incident that affected the entire street, they were now controlling the situation carefully, locking down the area, and thus avoiding any major disturbance.

But when the realm of metal touches the vibranium shield, when one senses the various elemental compositions, structural characteristics, and so on contained within vibranium...

Lin Feng's expression grew increasingly serious, then turned into shock and surprise.

Vibranium?

Is this what the Earthlings here call it?

Lin Feng sensed it almost instantly.

In its own universe, this thing has another famous name: Red Mixed Copper!
