The area where the explosion occurred was a scene of devastation, with rubble scattered everywhere.

Black blood was everywhere, and fragments of the bodies of dire wolves and orcs were scattered all over the place.

Dui strolled over, his wand moving ceaselessly, easily reaping the lives of the barely surviving Orcs and Dire wolves.

When they arrived at the leader of the Oak team, they saw that he had only lost an arm and a leg, and raised their eyebrows in surprise.

"You're pretty lucky, you're still alive?"

"Wizard, you have no idea who you're up against!" Oak, the leader, threatened hoarsely, his eyes filled with fear. "Our master possesses boundless power; he is the ruler of darkness, and the entire world will grovel at his feet, and you are powerless to stop him."

"Your master? Are you talking about Sauron, who's hiding in Dorgudu?" Dui asked with a mocking smile.

But before he could say anything more, the Mogul arrow that had almost hit Dui pierced his head instantly, killing him instantly.

Having eliminated the Orc leader, Dui finally breathed a sigh of relief, ignoring the escape of the remaining Orcs and dire wolves.

"Let me see where Gandalf and the others are?" Duy murmured, pulling out the Crystal of Knowledge.

"Huh? What's going on?" Dui stared wide-eyed at the crystal ball. "How come there's another Orc team? They've chased us all the way to the cliff?"

Looking at Gandalf and his men, who were being surrounded and cornered by the Orks and forced to the edge of a cliff, and then at the Ork leader riding a white wolf, Dui's gaze fell on this Ork.

Judging from the iron claw attached to his severed hand and the hateful look in his eyes as he stares at Thorin, his identity is obvious.

"Could this be the Blasphemer—Azog? The leader of the orcs?"

As if sensing something, Gandalf's reflection in the mirror called out in his direction, "Duir, we need your help!"

Dui couldn't hear Gandalf's voice, but he knew he was asking for help.

He shook his head somewhat helplessly.

Gandalf really had a tough time. Despite being a Maiar and possessing demigod-level power, his power was restricted, preventing him from using overly powerful magic.

Duy had previously asked Gandalf in secret, and in Gandalf's cryptic words, they (wizards) were not allowed to use magic excessively, but rather to guide rather than replace free people along the way, so as to avoid undermining "free will".

Dui could only complain about Vera, who set the rules. She was no different from the leaders in his previous life, demanding that her subordinates complete their tasks well while imposing a whole bunch of restrictions.

No wonder Gandalf preferred to hit people with his staff rather than use it to cast spells, saving him the trouble of having to worry too much when using magic.

Shaking off his jumbled thoughts, Dui hurried toward Gandalf and the others.

They were now forced to hide in the trees.

If we don't go soon, they'll probably all fly away on giant eagles.

At this moment, on the summit of the Misty Mountains,

Thorin and Azog, these two sworn enemies, were extremely hostile to each other when they met.

Thorin was shocked to learn that Azog was still alive.

Azog, still harboring resentment over the loss of his arm, sees Thorin as a major threat and vows to kill him.

After all, Thorin the Oak Shield got his name from the fact that he once used an oak shield to successfully cut off Azog's arm.

Azog had previously offered a bounty for Thorin's head.

Now he even personally led his dire wolf riders to pursue and intercept Thorin, vowing to kill him on the Misty Mountains.

"Look what I smell? It's the scent of fear." Azog looked at Thorin hiding in the tree and mocked, "Your father smelled just like this, Thorin, son of Thrain."

"Leave him to me, kill the rest!"

At Azog's command, all the dire wolves began to climb and tear at the trees.

The Orks seemed to enjoy the dwarves' struggles before they died, so instead of shooting them with arrows, they let the dire wolves press closer and closer until the dwarves were plunged into despair and fear.

The dwarves looked down at the giant wolf with its fangs bared, and shouted as they used their weapons to drive it back.

"Quickly, think of something! I don't want to end up inside these giant wolves and be dragged out!"

"Where's Duir? When will he arrive?"

"If Duir were here, he could just throw that crying grass thing over there, and we wouldn't have to go through all this trouble!"

"Don't even think about it. Duir has thousands of Orks and War Wolves to deal with. How could he possibly get rid of them so easily?"

Bilbo clung tightly to the tree trunk to avoid being shaken off by the giant wolf, and asked Gandalf hopefully, "Gandalf, do you know when Duir will come?"

Gandalf shook his head. "I can't guarantee that. After all, he's facing thousands of orcs and dire wolves. Dealing with them won't be an easy task."

"Moreover, we can't rely on Duir for everything; that wouldn't be a good thing for either of you or for Duir."

As he was speaking, he saw a moth on the tree and his eyes lit up.

"However, if we have enough time, we might be able to call on some friends for help."

He then caught a moth, held it in his palm, whispered something to it, and then let it fly away.

After enjoying a game of cat and mouse, the Orks finally lost patience and ordered the Dire wolves to knock down the pine tree.

Driven and bitten by the dire wolves, the pine trees fell one by one.

The people on the tree were forced to jump to another tree in order to buy time.

When everyone had landed on the last pine tree, the tree was swaying precariously and in danger of collapsing at any moment.

Faced with the dire wolf closing in step by step from under the tree, the group was suddenly in dire straits.

Gandalf plucked a pine cone, lit it with his staff, and threw it to the ground. The flames quickly spread to the fallen pine trees, igniting a raging fire.

The flames were so rapid that it was clear Gandalf had used magic.

The flames forced the wolves to retreat temporarily, saving the last pine tree they were on.

But before they could catch their breath, the pine tree, unable to bear the weight, was uprooted and fell towards the cliff in a panic.

Everyone was hanging on the cliff edge, in danger of falling at any moment.

To buy his companions more time, Thorin climbed down from the tree and chose to fight Azog once again.

But this time Thorin was unable to continue his previous victory; he was easily defeated by Azog and seriously injured.

Just as Thorin was about to be killed by Azog, Bilbo wildly swung his dagger and stopped Azog's final blow.

Having his chance to kill his greatest threat interrupted, Azog was filled with rage and murderous intent, and with a single blow, he knocked Bilbo's sword away.

"Kill him!" Azog commanded his giant wolf mount, then continued to kill Thorin.

"Shatter to pieces!" A dazzling spell struck the dire wolf that was biting Bilbo.

The dire wolf was instantly torn into countless pieces.

Bilbo was startled, then his face lit up with delight: "Duir!"

Azog was shocked to see his mount torn to pieces.

The next second, his keen sense of danger made him react instantly, grabbing one of his men and holding him in front of him.

Dui's magic followed immediately, striking the Orc in front of him.

His body was instantly torn to pieces, and black blood splattered all over Azog.
