He stretched out his hand, and a faint light shone from his palm.

A small ball of light flew out of his palm, passed through the Spirit King Palace's barrier, through the clouds, and across the entire dimension—

They sped off towards the Seireitei.

Just as Kaido sent the third guy in white flying with a single blow, something fell from the sky.

A small, gleaming golden ball struck him squarely on the forehead.

"What the hell—" Kaido raised his hand and touched it; the small ball had already melted into his skin.

Then he heard Lynn's voice, coming from his mind.

"Dad, a powerful guy is coming to beat you up. He has amazing eyesight; he can see into the future. So I'm giving you something. If you put this on, he won't be able to see you anymore."

Kaido paused for a second, then grinned.

"Hehehe! Can't see me? That makes it even easier to fight me!"

Lynn's voice continued, "Also, he can disable any ability he sees. So don't use any fancy moves, just use the simplest method—hit him with your fists."

"A fist?" Kaido looked down at his fist, clenched it, loosened it, and then clenched it again.

His fists were enormous. Bigger than an average person's head. They were covered in calluses and scars, each mark a testament to a battle.

"Alright." Kaido nodded. "With your fists."

As soon as he finished speaking, the sky above him cracked open.

Yhwach descended slowly from the spatial rift, his white robes fluttering in the wind, his cross-shaped pupils gleaming with a cold light.

Behind him was a terrifying sight: the entire sky was dyed black—the Quincy's "Shadow Domain" was expanding, bringing everything in the Seireitei under his control.

Kaido looked up at the man who had fallen from the sky.

The white beard also looked up.

Bigom also looked up.

Akainu, Aokiji, Kizaru, Mihawk, Shanks—everyone stopped fighting and looked up at the sky.

Because that aura was too strong.

It is stronger than Yamamoto's Bankai. It is more profound than Barragan's power of aging.

It was an aura of standing at the top of the world, an absolute majesty of "I am the rule".

"You are the outsiders." Yhwach's gaze swept over everyone, finally settling on Kaido. "You are his father?"

"Not bad." Kaido grinned, carrying his newly acquired spiked club. "You're here to see my son?"

"Oh? Then you can try stepping over me." Kaido slammed his spiked club on the ground, and the entire Seireitei shook.

Yhwach didn't waste words.

He raised his right hand, and spiritual energy condensed in his palm into a gigantic spiritual bow—the "Ten Thousand Year Annihilation Arrow." The arrow was more than ten times larger than the one previously shot at Lynn, and contained enough energy to blast the entire Seireitei into dust.

He let go.

The arrows whistled towards Kaido.

Kaido did not dodge.

He didn't use a spiked club either.

He remembered Lynn's words—use your fists.

So he raised his fist and faced the arrow that was powerful enough to destroy the world.

"Overlord—"

Armament Haki and Conqueror's Haki erupted simultaneously from his fist, black armor covering his entire arm. The red light of the Kaioken flowed beneath his skin, and the crimson steam of the Eight Gates seeped from his pores.

"—Strike the Beasts!"

Fist and arrow collide head-on.

The arrow shattered.

Just like with Lynn, Kaido's future is a blank slate.
