Chapter 497, page 495: Sirius's Whispers
"Hey!"
Percy's face turned green with anger.
Fred and George, however, ignored him and kept gesturing wildly in front of Sheen.
They talked about the amazing alchemical artifacts Egypt had, and how they could be sold in England, before finally begging Sheehan to study them with them.
Sheen was very interested in this.
Others wanted to come over and listen, but after only a sentence or two, they got overwhelmed and moved away.
"Let's discuss it next time, darling."
Mrs. Weasley separated the two Weasleys who were practically clinging to Sheehan.
"Mr. Green, it's a pleasure to see you here."
"Mom! You're going to compete with us for the great Green too—"
Fred gave George a wink, and George, as if he had just noticed her, grabbed her hand and said,
"Mom, seeing you makes me so happy!"
"You two, that's enough—"
As Mrs. Weasley spoke, she placed the groceries on an empty chair and glanced at the twins and the empty seat.
The twins pouted and obediently sat down in the chair.
"Come to my place—darling, you've lost so much weight—you need to stay at my humble abode for a few more days, I'll give you a good boost—"
As Mrs. Weasley spoke, she pulled Sheehan into her arms, and the ginger Crookshank jumped onto Mrs. Weasley's shoulder, scratching her face with his tail fur.
When Sheen finally managed to break free, he saw Mrs. Weasley pull the young wizards over, examining each one while talking to them.
Molly only reluctantly gave up tormenting the young wizards after Mr. Weasley coughed softly.
"Hello, dear children. I'm sure you've heard about our big news, haven't you?"
She pointed to the brand-new silver badge on Percy's chest.
"The second male student council president in the family!"
She said her pride was palpable.
"And also the last one."
Fred muttered to Sheehan in a low voice.
The two of them sat on either side of Sheen, like bodyguards, pushing Justin and Hermione aside.
Hermione was still glaring at George.
"I have no doubt about that."
Mrs. Weasley suddenly frowned.
"I noticed they didn't elect either of you as prefects."
"What would we do if we were prefects?"
George said that the mere thought of it made him feel nauseous.
"It will make life so boring."
Ginny giggled.
"You must set a good example for your sister!"
Mrs. Weasley said sternly.
"Ginny has other brothers who set a good example for her, Mom."
Percy said haughtily,
"I went upstairs to change my clothes, getting ready for dinner..."
He left, and George breathed a sigh of relief.
"We originally planned to lock him inside a pyramid."
He said to Sheehan,
"But Mom found out."
"That's such a shame."
Fred's eyebrows drooped down, like an egg hanging from them.
The lunch gathering was very pleasant. The bar owner, Tom, put three tables together in the lobby, and the Weasley family of seven and Sheehan's family of five all enjoyed the ten delicious dishes.
Before leaving, Sheen took one last sip of sweet pumpkin juice, put the cup down contentedly, and pondered what he wanted to do in the final stages of summer vacation.
The most important thing, of course, is Slytherin's locket, which he plans to destroy with the Gryffindor sword, meaning he will have to return to Hogwarts.
The timing was perfect; his week-long vacation was just coming to an end.
Secondly, there is the reshaping of magic, which is extremely difficult. It requires reshaping the wizard's internal "order" and finding the corresponding "wisdom" in the external world.
But the rewards are also immense; this is the only way for Sheen to quickly master ancient magic.
Indeed, the reshaped magic can grant wizards powerful and unrestrained abilities, powers that have appeared in wizarding history before – ancient magic.
Finally, Sheen has mastered the Fiendfyre spell, and when he reaches the Master level, a new title will be unlocked.
As for Sirius Black and Scabbers...
Inside the Leaky Cauldron bar, customers occasionally made indistinct noises as Sheen and his companions walked through the corridors outside the individual booths.
Suddenly, Ron slapped his forehead:
"My medicine! The rat stimulant! I forgot to take it!"
"Ron, where's my student council president badge?!"
Percy suddenly rushed down the stairs; he shared a room with Ron.
"How would I know? I've never seen it! I also want to ask you where my rat stimulant went!"
Ron roared.
The two started arguing.
Justin and Hermione rushed over to break up the fight.
To end their argument, Sheen quietly slipped away.
"I'll go help look for it."
"I'll go with you."
Harry quickly said.
The two had only gone halfway when they suddenly heard two angry voices coming from a private room. They quickly recognized them as Mr. and Mrs. Weasley.
"...It would have been wrong not to tell Harry."
Mr. Weasley said emotionally,
"Harry has the right to know. I tried to persuade Fudge, but he insisted on treating Harry like a child."
Harry is thirteen years old, he—”
Sheen saw Harry and involuntarily stopped in his tracks.
"Arthur, the truth will terrify him!"
Mrs. Weasley screamed,
"That danger is ever-present. Do you really want Harry to go back to school with that kind of shadow in his heart?"
For God's sake, he'd be happier if he were kept in the dark.
"I don't want to upset him; I just want to make him more vigilant!"
Mr. Weasley retorted sharply,
"You know Harry! He often wanders off on his own—he even went into the Forbidden Forest!"
Harry absolutely mustn't do that this semester! I can't even imagine what dangers he would have encountered that night when he ran away from home!
"If the Knight Bus hadn't picked him up, I'm sure he would have been dead long before the department found him."
"But he's not dead, he's fine, what's the need—"
"Molly, they say Sirius Black has gone mad, and maybe he really has, but he managed to escape from Azkaban, which everyone thought was impossible."
It has been a month now, and no one has seen a single shadow of him.
I don't care what Fudge says to the Daily Prophet every day, we're making absolutely no progress on arresting Black, like inventing a magic wand that can spell automatically.
There's only one thing we're sure of: Blake is looking for—"
"But Harry is perfectly safe at Hogwarts."
"We thought Azkaban was absolutely safe. Since Black was able to escape from Azkaban, he certainly has the ability to break into Hogwarts."
"But no one can be absolutely certain that Black is looking for Harry—"
Thump, the sound of something hitting wood. Sheehan guessed it must have been Mr. Weasley banging his fist on the table.
"Molly, how many times do I have to tell you? It wasn't reported in the newspapers because Fudge was trying to cover it up, but Fudge went to Azkaban the night Black ran away."
The guards told Fudge that for a long time, Blake had been talking in his sleep, repeating the same sentence over and over again:
"He's at Hogwarts...he's at Hogwarts."
Black has gone mad, Molly; he wants Harry dead.
If you ask me, he thought killing Harry would allow Vader to make a comeback.
The night Harry stopped Vader, Black lost everything. He spent twelve years alone in Azkaban, constantly thinking about it…
Then, the room fell silent.
Beside Sheen, Harry stood motionless, his mouth agape.
