General Eaton said in his stern and threatening voice, "Jem Bolton, you will obey Xiao Xian's every command. Understand?" His voice struck Jim Bolton's mind like a thunderbolt.

"Even if Xiao Xian tells you to bark like a dog, you have to do it." On the other end of the phone, General Eaton's tone was firm and threatening.

Jim Bolton's face turned ashen instantly, his hand gripping the phone receiver tightly, the veins on the back of his hand throbbing.
