Chapter 274 Shana's Mysterious Pokémon Friend

Chapter 274 Shana's Mysterious Pokémon Friend

"Uncle Michael, you must come visit me when you have time!"

Shana hugged Mikoli and whispered in his ear.

Mikoli said yes, and added that she would bring Shana a gift next time she came.

"Uncle Du said he would bring me a doll next time he came, but he has come many times and still hasn't brought me one."

Shana pouted and said angrily.

Seeing this, Mikoli burst into laughter, pinched her little cheek, and said, "Your Uncle Du just likes to lie. I won't lie. I'll bring him along next time, and then we'll criticize him together."

Shana hesitated for a moment after hearing this, then shook her head.

"Fine, if Uncle Du doesn't want to bring it, then he doesn't have to. We can't criticize him, or he'll get angry. Anyway, I have plenty of toys."

Michael nodded. "I'll listen to you. I'll bring you lots and lots of dolls next time I come."

Shana smiled and nodded. "Then it's a deal."

After making a pinky promise with Shana, Mikoli stood up, looked at Fang Yan, and said, "Then I'll be going now."

Fang Yan hummed in agreement, then continued, "Remember to let me know in advance."

Michael gave an OK sign. "Don't worry, you'll get your appearance fee."

Fang Yan grinned and said, "No problem, no problem."

Michael rolled his eyes, then said goodbye to Gengar and the others before turning and leaving. After a week of rest, he was ready to continue his journey.

After Michael left, Shana played with Tomoyo at the nursery for a while, then took Tomoyo's hand and came to Fang Yan, "Uncle, I want to go to Futaba Town with Tomoyo for a while. I made a new friend there."

Fang Yan put down her book, nodded, and said, "You've made new friends? That's great! Are they guys or girls?"

Shana scratched her head. "It's a Pokémon."

Pokémon?

Fang Yan's eyes darted around, then he smiled and said, "Then remember to be careful, remember to come home for meals, and when you're tired, go to the cabin to rest, and then we'll come back together."

"Okay, I understand. Goodbye, Uncle."

Shana waved her hand, then took Tomoyo's little hand and ran out of the nursery. As Tomoyo was being pulled along by Shana, she didn't forget her manners and said goodbye to Fang Yan.

Fang Yan watched their departing figures on the fiery horses, thought for a moment, and called out "Muk Eagle".

The sound of a Mook Eagle flapping its wings came from outside the door.

The Mk Eagle flew through the air, chasing after Shana.

Staraptor flew all the way to the port and watched Shana and Tomoyo climb down from Rapidash and come to the beach. It called out twice into the distance, and then a rather ugly Pokémon swam up to them.

Staraptor looked at the Pokémon in the water from the air and checked it again and again; it was indeed a bit ugly.

Upon seeing that Shana's new friend was this Pokémon, Staraptor landed on a nearby tree and quietly watched Shana and Tomoyo.

"Tomoyo, look, this is my new friend."

Shana pointed to the Pokémon in the water and said to Tomoyo, "This is a Pokémon that I encountered on the way home with Bell and Rapidash a while ago. It was being bullied by a lot of people."

Shana was indignant. "It was captured, and then everyone said it was too ugly and they didn't like it. So I asked if they could release the Pokémon. The uncles and aunts were so kind to me, and when they heard me, they released it."

Shana took out the small cake that Michael had made yesterday from her bag, scooped out a spoonful with a small spoon, and fed it to him.

"After I released it, I passed by the next day and found a lot of little rascals bullying it on the beach. I stopped them with the bell, and they even said that I should fight them and that if I won, they would take care of it."

"Later, their parents came over, and I didn't have to fight them."

"I don't know how to fight, honestly, I even wanted Miss Goth to teach them a lesson."

"But you have to solve your own problems."

Shana said this while feeding the Pokémon.

Tomoyo and the Mook Eagle in the tree listened quietly.

Upon hearing Shana's words, M'K Eagle narrowed his eyes.

"Tomoyo, why hasn't it gone home yet? Has it forgotten the way home?"

"I've heard that fish only have a seven-second memory."

Tomoyo squatted down to the side, quietly watching the Pokémon in the water, and said.

"ah?!"

Shana's mouth dropped open. "Really?"

Then, looking at the Pokémon in the water, she said, "You poor thing, you've forgotten the way home."

Shana reached out and gently stroked its head.

The Pokémon moved its mouth, and Shana giggled.

"Tomoyo, touch it, it's ice-cold."

Upon hearing this, Tomoyo reached out and touched it, then giggled just like Shana.

Children's happiness is often very simple.

Ripples occasionally appeared on the distant sea.

A transparent Pokémon is watching Shana and Tomoyo.

"Look, she brought other people over to see that ugly Pokémon."

At that moment, a burst of laughter came from the port.

Mk Eagle looked over and saw a few little kids pointing at Shana and the others and making fun of them.

"Ugly monsters like to play with ugly Pokémon."

"That's right, that's right."

"She doesn't even dare to fight, and she has a Flame Horse, a Flame Horse. Why don't you come with me?"

The fiery horse exhaled softly, then slowly walked to Shana's side.

Ignore them.

"Mukhawk, we're ignoring them."

Mk Eagle looked at Shana, who had already raised her head and was looking at him.

She smiled and said to herself, "My uncle said we shouldn't talk to idiots, or we'll become idiots too."

The Mk Eagle nodded, then continued to preen its feathers while standing on the tree.

After venting their frustrations for a few moments, the kids left.

"Tomoyo, why does everyone say it's ugly? I think it's quite pretty."

Tomoyo nodded. "They're blind."

It's a very simple sentence, just four words.

Shana and Tomoyo exchanged a glance and then giggled.

Even the bells rang, making a pleasant sound.

"Tomoyo, what's it like to fight? Why do they keep talking about fighting?"

Tomoyo shook her head. "I don't know either. I don't have any Pokémon."

Shana said "okay".

"But I know who will know the answer."

Tomoyo took a sausage out of Shana's bag, broke it in half, and gave one half to Shana. The two of them then started eating it.

"Uncle might know the answer, but a battle should be a way of reasoning."

Tomoyo recalled what she had heard at home: "My parents said that sometimes when many people are disobedient, you should fight them and defeat them, and then they will listen to you."

"If I defeat them in the fight, will they stop saying he's ugly?"

Tomoyo thought for a moment, furrowing her beautiful brows, and after a long while, she finally spoke, "Hmm."

"But I don't know how to fight."

Shana took a bite of sausage with regret.

"Do you think I should learn some online combat?"

"Um."

"But I'm afraid my uncle won't teach me."

"Probably not."

"If I can battle, I can protect you, Bell Ring, Rapidash, and it."

"Then I'll buy a Pokémon too, I'll study, and I'll keep you company."

"Hehehe, Tomoyo, you're so kind. Here, take this too."

Tomoyo saw that Shana only had a little bit of sausage left in her hand and quickly refused. To prevent Shana from delaying any further, she stuffed her own sausage into Shana's mouth.

Shana chewed on the sausage in her mouth and grinned foolishly.

"Tomoyo, you're so kind."

"Tomoyo, do you think Uncle thinks it's ugly?"

"Didn't you say it was good-looking?"

"But I'm afraid my uncle won't think so."

"I don't know, shall we go ask?"

"I dare not."

"I wouldn't dare."

"Sigh, this is really giving kids a headache."

"You have a big head, I don't."

"Oh dear, Tomoyo, what's wrong with you?"
