Chapter 147 Sanji Gets a Closed Door

After watching Wukong and his group leave with a smile, Roy suddenly slapped his forehead.

"Look at my brain, I actually forgot to ask that young man his name."

He is now very curious and expectant about Wukong.

To possess such skills at such a young age, and to enjoy sparring with experts, that little guy is sure to become an extraordinary master in the future. Therefore, I should remember his name now.

"Senior Roychi, I heard his companions mention his name before, it seems to be Goku?" Yana said.

Then, somewhat puzzled, he asked, "Senior Roychi, why did you send him to challenge your senior brother? There's no need for that senior to intervene, right? You should be able to easily guide this little guy."

He was kept busy by Nami asking him questions, so he didn't see the famous scenes like Goku breaking bricks.

In his mind, the powerful and experienced senior Roych would be able to easily instruct Goku, so there was no need for him to go and find the leader of the Tiger Style Fist.

"You don't understand."

Roychi shook his head, put his hands behind his back, and chewed on Goku's name.

"Wukong, Wukong, what a wonderful name."

Then he sighed, "Alas, what a pity. Such a promising young man has already been snatched up by someone else. If only he could have become a disciple of my Tiger Style Fist school."

With Wukong's potential, he could easily become a strong contender for the next leader of their sect.

If the opponent also has good martial arts skills, then it's basically a foregone conclusion.

"Master Roshi, I wonder where he came from. He's really lucky."

Roych looked on with a sigh, then suddenly picked up a half-brick that had fallen earlier, kicked it with his toe, and sent it flying toward a young man who was openly preparing to climb onto the boat not far away.

With a loud thud, the young man cried out and fell into the sea.

"Do you think I don't know who owns this ship? You dare to steal a ship right under my nose? You've got some nerve."

Roych said calmly.

A squad of guards patrolling nearby hurried towards the young man who had fallen into the water, giving Roychi a thumbs-up as they went: "It's always you, Senior Roychi!"

"Senior Roych truly has unparalleled insight!"

"With you here, we all feel this job has become much easier!"

Roychi smiled, did not respond, put his hands behind his back, turned around, and slowly strolled towards the pavilion.

Emerald Leaf City is the first city you enter from the port into Char's Kingdom. Goku and his friends have now arrived in this city.

Looking around, spring is in full bloom.

Along the street, the neatly trimmed bushes gleamed with a glossy, deep green.

Above them, serpentine green vines cascaded down from the second-floor balconies of houses along the street, their delicate green leaves covering the white walls like a thin green veil.

Every now and then, you can see a circular flower bed in the middle of the street, where all kinds of colorful flowers are vying for attention, a truly beautiful sight.

A gentle breeze stirs the green leaves and delicate flowers, as if welcoming every guest who has traveled from afar.

"Hey, Wukong, I've already asked around."

Nami walked out of a shop, holding a map of Char's Country that she had just bought. She came up to Goku and the others, spread out the map, and pointed to it.

"Look, we're in Emerald Leaf City now, which is right here." Nami pointed to where they were, then moved her finger upwards to another location.

"This is Yunluo, the capital of Xia's Kingdom. The royal palace is located here, and it also happens to be the venue for the martial arts tournament. Once we get here, we can accomplish everything at once."

Wukong carefully examined the spot she pointed to, then his gaze searched other areas of the map: "Where is Qingyun Mountain, Nami?"

"Here."

Nami moved her finger down, pointing to a place with a mountain peak icon.

"It just happened to be somewhere we were passing by, so it was quite convenient."

"I asked that guy at the port before, and he said the martial arts tournament is the day after tomorrow. If we hurry up now, we can reach the capital Yunluo by tonight at the latest, so there is plenty of time."

"Really? That's wonderful!"

Under Nami's coordination, Goku and his friends quickly crossed Greenleaf City and arrived at another gate of the city.

Not far from the city gate, many idle carriages were parked there. A middle-aged man lay listlessly on a small bed in front of one of the carriages, with a whiteboard in front of him that read:

Horse-drawn carriages for rent; interested parties please contact for details.

Nami looked around and then walked quickly toward them.

When she said they would arrive in the capital Yunluo by evening at the latest, she was referring to the time it would take by carriage. If they were to walk, they might not arrive until tomorrow, since Xia Ya was not a small country, but a large country with a land area close to that of Alabasta.

"Hey boss, we need to rent a car."

Upon hearing that business had arrived, the middle-aged man sat up abruptly, forcing a smile as he asked, "Miss, how many people are in your party?"

"Five," Nami replied casually, glancing at the carriage behind the middle-aged man.

"Five? That would require two cars." The middle-aged man's smile widened.

"Can't all the seats be in one car?" Nami asked.

"Of course! A car can only seat a maximum of four people, and it will be very crowded. Normally, two or three people are the most suitable," the middle-aged man said repeatedly.

"Okay, then let's rent two cars. Boss, you'll have to give me a discount." Nami smiled slyly.

After some haggling, the middle-aged man tearfully agreed, saying he had lost his life savings, while calling out two coachmen to come out and take the carriage to the passenger.

"Nami-san! Robin-chan! I'm here!"

Bang! !

Sanji, with a lovesick smile, was about to climb into the carriage that Nami and Robin were riding in, but Nami kicked him out.

"You sit with Wukong!"

Nami snorted, while Robin covered her mouth and laughed.

Having been turned away, Sanji had no choice but to share another carriage with Goku and Pupu.

With the driver's shouts, the two carriages quickly drove out of the city and headed rapidly towards the capital, Yunluo.

Wukong and Pupu each lay on the side of the carriage, curiously observing the scenery along the way.

Two hours later, the carriage stopped at the foot of a green mountain.

"Guests, we have arrived at Qingyun Mountain."

Nami lifted the curtain and stepped out of the car with Robin. They glanced at a small town with smoke rising from its chimneys ahead, then turned their gaze back to the mountains on the side.

"Yo-ho! This is the place that old man was talking about!"

Wukong jumped out of another carriage, his eyes shining brightly.

How powerful is that expert that uncle was talking about?

He was filled with anticipation, and then he abandoned Nami and the others, rushing headlong up the mountain path all by himself.

Soon, he arrived at the mountainside, where a martial arts academy with a plaque that read "Tiger Style Fist School" appeared before him.

Inside the martial arts academy, a group of disciples dressed in light blue training uniforms were practicing their stances, swinging their fists in unison, and letting out powerful shouts that gave off a feeling of high spirits.
