My tamed beasts can't be demons.

Author's Note on the Launch of Chapter 89

Author's Note on the Launch of Chapter 89

This book will be available tomorrow.

This was my first time writing a story about taming beasts, so I didn't have much experience and just wrote it according to my own preferences.

I've always felt that the core of beast-taming stories is the interaction between humans and their spirit pets, so I don't really want to force events to speed up the pace.

This resulted in the book's pace being very slow, putting it at a significant disadvantage during recommendation competitions. Its performance was consistently on the verge of elimination, and it even had to participate in a revival round midway through.

Fortunately, although I was constantly on the verge of a mental breakdown, I managed to pull through.

I would also like to thank the author "Forced to Write a Book Due to Book Deprivation" for recommending this chapter. If you are interested, you can check out his new book, "My Human Status Is in Danger."

Many readers say that this book would be better without the system.

Actually, I've never really liked writing about systems, and I've intentionally downplayed the system's presence in this book. (I didn't even include a system reward summary to pad the word count...)

The main reason this system exists is not to give the protagonist a cheat code, because I've always thought the protagonist's cheat code is Fireworks.

However, given the context I've set, I really can't imagine why someone without initial capital would have the idea of striving in such a rigid environment.

This is a world where you can give your all but not necessarily receive a reward.

I can't think of a reason for the protagonist to strive, even if he is a time traveler.

If the author can't even come up with a reason, how can he convince the reader?

Thus, this system from the future came into being.

In this way, the protagonist has the motivation to work hard, because he knows very well that his efforts will definitely be rewarded.

I have a plan in mind regarding the system and the sources of those rewards. Whether it's reasonable or not is another matter; I will provide an explanation in the end.

well, let's get back to business.

It will be available for purchase at 12:00 tomorrow, and five chapters, totaling 10,000 words, will be updated before 24:00 tomorrow.

After that, based on the initial subscription results, three additional chapters (2000 words each) will be added for every 100 initial subscriptions.

Hmm, how about another rule for extra chapters?

Let's set a rule of one extra chapter for every 100 monthly votes.

Six thousand favorites, seven hundred readers—you can't just shower me with monthly votes, can you...?

Thank you in advance for your support tomorrow!

See you tomorrow at noon.
