The Silent Witch of Hogwarts

Chapter 604 The Silent Witch and Umbridge

Chapter 604 The Silent Witch and Umbridge (Part 2)

"Bang!"

Before anyone could react, Umbridge was struck by the Killing Curse and sent flying backwards, crashing to the ground.

"Professor Hamilton?!" Upon seeing this scene, many Hogwarts professors were startled. Not only the Hogwarts professors, but even the Aurors seemed to be startled.

Loila suddenly appeared and then swiftly killed the Deputy Minister of Magic with a Killing Curse—this is just too much!

"Quickly grab her—grab her!" At that moment, Umbridge, who had been knocked away, scrambled to her feet, seemingly having been shielded from the blow by the pendant around her neck.

It's a bit of a pity—that's what many professors subconsciously thought to themselves.

As she gave the order, the Aurors from the Ministry of Magic reacted one by one, raising their wands at Loila.

But—what's the use of that?

"Bang!"

Loila remained calm as she watched the wands aimed at her. She raised her wand high and then swung it sharply.

The windows of the auditorium closed in an instant, and the dynamic starry sky magic roof was immediately covered with dark clouds. Almost instantly, all the wizards were swallowed up by the sudden darkness and seemed at a loss, except for Loila.

"Bang!"

With a flash of magic, a scream rang out, and an Auror was sent flying and crashed to the ground.

"Quickly, use the lights—" An Auror had barely uttered a word when a spell suddenly struck him, sending him tumbling and flying.

"Disarm you!"

Enveloped in darkness, with their colleagues being killed one after another, a sense of panic gripped the Aurors.

They instinctively raised their wands and swung them at any possible spot.

Some curses were lucky and only hit the wall, while others hit their colleagues directly.

The entire hall was thrown into chaos, but amidst this chaos, only one person remained completely calm as he waved his wand.

That's Loila.

She gripped her wand tightly and unleashed spells at any Auror she detected. The silent spells, like lightning in the night, continuously ripped through the darkness, accompanied by the Aurors' screams.

"Fluorescent lights!"

Even so, there were more than thirty Aurors in the hall, and someone still raised their wand and cast the Illumination Charm. As the light illuminated the entire hall, every Auror subconsciously looked at the silver-haired girl in the center of the crowd.

"Disarm you!"

He collapsed to the ground, completely unconscious!

"They'll all be petrified!"

In an instant, more than a dozen spells came from all directions, heading straight for Loila, the eye of the storm.

With a flick of her wand, Chloeira vanished in a flash of silver light, then suddenly appeared behind several Aurors and sent them flying with another flick of her wand.

"She can actually use Apparition?!"

The Aurors watched in astonishment as the silver-haired figure constantly shifted positions and waved his wand.

Even with their superior skills and large numbers, these Aurors could not catch the agile Royla.

She appeared like a ghost, defeating a group of people in one place, and then quickly moved to another place to defeat even more people.

The Aurors were helpless against her.

"By Merlin above—" Many Hogwarts professors could only lie on the ground and watch the scene unfold before them as Loila Hamilton single-handedly faced almost all the Aurors in Hogwarts.

Even Umbridge was stunned. She stood on the high platform, staring wide-eyed as her Aurors were taken down one by one, yet they couldn't even touch the hem of Loila's clothes.

"That damn thing—that damn monster!" Before Umbridge could react, all the Aurors below the stage were lying on the ground. Some of them groaned in pain and couldn't get up for a long time, while others simply fainted without making a sound.

In the end, only Umbridge was left, standing alone on the high platform.

The silent Loila looked around, and only after confirming that all the Aurors had fallen did she slowly turn her gaze to Umbridge.

Then she twitched her ears and slowly walked toward Umbridge. The professors who were watching immediately parted to make way for her, watching her quietly walk toward Umbridge.

Umbridge glared at Loila, gritted her teeth, and raised her wand: "Faint!"

Loila did not dodge the spell at all; she simply flicked her wand and sent the spell flying into the air.

"Disarm you!"

"Bang!"

Loila dodged another attack from Umbridge by slightly shifting her body to the side.

As Loila drew closer, Umbridge bit her lip and raised her wand high: "Avada Kedavra—"

"Bang!"

Before she could finish speaking, her wand flew out and landed in Loila's hand. Facing Umbridge's wand, Loila did not hesitate at all. She grabbed both ends of the wand and snapped it in two with great force.

"Clatter!"

The broken wand fell to the ground, and Umbridge knelt down, pale-faced.

"I'm sorry, Professor Hamilton! Minister Fudge made me do this! I tried to persuade him not to—"

Her desperate pleas went unanswered by Loila; she simply walked slowly up the steps.

As she walked up to him, Umbridge seemed to remember something and shouted, "I have hostages!"

"I've caught those students!"

"Don't come any closer! I'll—or I'll send them to Azkaban!"

"They're all in my hands!"

Umbridge's words, though despicable, did have some effect; Loila paused slightly as she walked up the steps.

"Let's negotiate! Let's negotiate!" Seeing this, Umbridge seemed to have grasped some kind of hope and said, "Let me go—and I'll release the students!"

"I promise—I promise—"

"Clatter".

Just then, the doors to the Great Hall were pushed open again, and this time it was none other than Harry who walked in, followed by a large group of students.

"Umbridge, we've rescued all your so-called hostages!" Harry shouted. "You Ministry of Magic toad!"

"Wh-what?!" Umbridge was so surprised that she didn't react, but Loila had already reacted. She walked up to Umbridge, looked at her face, and pursed her lips.

Then he raised his hand high.

"Snapped!"

Loila slapped Umbridge across the face with a crisp sound. The sound wasn't loud, and it didn't seem to have much effect; it only made Umbridge scream but left no trace.

But that one slap silenced the entire auditorium.

"————" Loila rubbed her hand, then raised her left hand and slapped him again.

"Snapped!"

The crisp sound struck Umbridge's face, and it also struck the Ministry of Magic's face.

Without pausing, Loila raised her hand again and slapped him once more.

After several slaps, Umbridge was fine, but Loila's hand went numb from the pain—she had to shake it off, and finally angrily pointed her wand at Umbridge.

"Professor Hamilton!" At that moment, McGonagall rushed forward and grabbed Loila, hugging her from behind and whispering, "Don't kill her."

"She knows a lot about Fudge!"

McGonagall's reminder startled Loila for a moment, and then she seemed to come to her senses and slowly put down her wand.

The battle with Umbridge seemed to be over—Loira turned to look at the students who had rushed in, and only after seeing Luna among them, unharmed, did she breathe a sigh of relief.

"Long live Professor Hamilton!"

"Long live Professor Hamilton!"

The students ran over, chanting Loila's name, and gathered around her, lifting her up and tossing her in the air.

"Long live Professor Hamilton!"

"No—don't lose any more!"

(Roila's character design, so cute!)
