The Ark Proverb flew at full speed through the night sky, heading rapidly towards Water Seven.

Inside the cabin, the crew, who had just gone through a battle, were resting.

Inside the medical room, Vera is treating her injured companions, with Scarlett helping out.

"Cyrus, your wound needs stitches."

Vera said calmly, her needle and thread skillfully piercing through the flesh.

Cyrus gritted his teeth and endured the pain, fine beads of sweat appearing on his forehead.

His left arm was pierced by a finger gun fired by a CP agent, the wound so deep that the bone was visible.

"Bear with it, it'll be over soon."

Vera's movements were clean and efficient; a few minutes later, the wound was stitched up and a special herbal ointment was applied.

"Thanks."

Cyrus moved his arm; although it was still a little sore, it no longer affected his movement.

On the other side, Savi, Enel, Pea, and Yamato gathered together, excitedly discussing the battle they had just fought.

"Did you see that punch I threw? It sent that rear admiral flying!"

Savi waved his fist.

"Pshaw, my thunderclouds are much more powerful. One bolt of lightning can bring down a whole bunch of people!"

Enel was not to be outdone.

"My plants have taken control of the entire harbor!" the pea said proudly.

Yamato, clutching his spiked club, had his eyes gleaming.

"This is my first time participating in such a large-scale battle! It's so exciting!"

Looking at these energetic young people, Cyrus, who had just come out of the medical room, couldn't help but sigh – youth is truly wonderful.

However, he quickly noticed that the combat suits of these young men were all damaged to varying degrees.

They also had many scrapes and bruises on their bodies. Although they spoke casually, the battle they had just fought was clearly not easy.

"Alright, stop bragging."

Scarlett came over with a medical kit.

"Come here, everyone, I'll treat your wounds."

The five young men then sat down obediently, allowing Scarlett to clean their wounds and apply medicine.

Scarlett's technique was very gentle; she treated the wound while softly giving instructions.

"Be more careful in future battles, and don't just rush forward."

"Okay, Scarlett-neechan," Yamato said sweetly.

Scarlett smiled, quite taken with the lively girl.

At the other end of the cabin, five CP9 boys, including Lucci, were imprisoned in specially made cells.

They had been injected with sedatives and were currently unconscious.

Vera performed an initial examination on them and found that each of them had numerous training injuries.

Some have even become permanent scars.

"What kind of training have these children received since they were young?"

Scarlett looked at the medical report and said with heartache.

Roy walked into the medical room, glanced at the teenagers in the cells, and asked Vera,

"How is the situation?"

"The injuries are all superficial and nothing serious."

"That's good!"

Roy was slightly relieved, after all, Rob Lucci was an important combat force that he had high hopes for.

After leaving the medical room, Roy went to the cockpit.

Tesoro was fully focused on controlling the Ark Maxim, while Stella assisted with navigation.

"How is it going?" Roy asked.

"Currently safe."

Stella pulled up the nautical chart. "We're nearing the edge of the doldrums, where very few ships pass by."

It won't be easy for the navy to catch up.

The Ark Proverb flew smoothly along the edge of the doldrums.

A few days later,

The unique island silhouette of Water Seven finally appeared on the horizon.

This city, named after water, has a network of streets crisscrossed by canals and bridges.

The entire city seemed to float on the water.

"That's Water City..."

Yamato lay on the ship's side, his eyes wide open.

"What a beautiful city! There's water everywhere!"

Tom stood beside Roy, gazing at their increasingly distant homeland, his eyes filled with longing and worry.

"I wonder how those two kids, Iceberg and Franky, are doing..."

Roy's Observation Haki had already spread out like mercury, covering the entire city.

But the scene he perceived made him frown slightly.

"Master Tom,"

Roy's voice lowered.

"Something's not right."

"What's wrong?" Tom's heart tightened.

"There are signs of a large number of World Government personnel near the City Hall, as well as... traces of armed conflict."

Tom's expression changed drastically.

"What?"

The Ark Proverb accelerated towards the skies above Water Seven.

From an aerial view, one can clearly see a large crowd gathered in the square in front of the city hall.

Meanwhile, a team of CP agents in black uniforms were escorting several people toward a government ship docked in the port.

Among those being escorted were Granny Kokoro and the young Iceberg!

"I'm a CP (couple) person!"

Tesoro's eyes narrowed.

"They acted really fast; they've already come to arrest people."

Roy's gaze swept across the area below, his Observation Haki fully activated as he meticulously searched every corner.

But to his surprise, there was no trace of Franky.

That weirdo who always shouts "super" is not in Water Seven.

"That Franky kid..."

Tom also noticed something was wrong.

"Where did he go?"

Roy pondered for a moment,

"Perhaps they sensed the danger in advance and hid."

But there's no time to look for him now; we need to save people first.

The Ark Proverb slowly descended above the City Hall Square, its dark golden hull casting a huge shadow.

The people below and the CP agents all looked up, their faces showing astonishment.

"That's... a gold ship?!"

"The Roy Pirates! Aren't they at Enies Lobby?!"

The CP team leader—an agent wearing a bird-beak mask—immediately reacted and shouted sharply,

"Prepare for battle! Escort the prisoners! Evacuate!"

However, before he could finish speaking, an invisible force had already enveloped the entire square.

Roy stood at the bow, his eyes gleaming with silver light, his right hand poised to strike.

An invisible spiritual force permeated the air.

Instantly, all the CP agents in the square froze, as if a pause button had been pressed.

They were horrified to discover that they couldn't even blink; their muscles, nerves, and even blood flow were being forcibly controlled by a terrifying force.

The crowd stared in disbelief at this bizarre scene.

The CP agents, who were just moments ago so aggressive, are now as still as wax figures.

Roy flashed and leaped down from dozens of meters in the air, landing lightly in the center of the square.

He walked up to Granny Kokoro and Iceberg, and with a slight movement of his mental energy, the shackles on their bodies snapped.

"Roy the Kid..."

Grandma Kokoro rubbed her wrist and said with a wry smile,

"You saved us again."

Iceberg said anxiously, "Captain Roy, Franky, he..."

"I know he's not in town."

Roy interrupted him.

"Let's get out of here first."

Tom, Hawkeye, Barrett, and others also jumped off the ship.

Tom looked at the frozen CP agent and sighed.

"The World Government is trying to wipe us out..."
