Roy waited quietly for her to finish crying.

After a while, Olga's crying gradually subsided.

She lifted her tear-streaked face, looked at Roy, and asked in a hoarse voice, "My father... is he still alive?"

Roy nodded: "Of course."

"Where is he?!"

"Deeper."

Roy pointed deep into the stomach.

"The very center of this island."

Olga immediately turned over and tried to go look for it, but as soon as she stood up, her legs went weak and she almost fell.

She hadn't eaten for a long time.

Roy sighed as he looked at her weak appearance.

He took out some food from his storage bag—dried meat, bread, and fruit—all prepared before setting off.

"Have something to eat." Roy handed over the food. "Eat up before you go looking for more."

Olga stared at the food, her eyes practically glued to the food.

She couldn't remember the last time she had eaten normal food.

On the island, there is very little to eat—the fish and shrimp that have been swallowed, and some strange deep-sea creatures.

But things like bread and fruit, she had only seen in her dreams for the past two hundred years.

She grabbed the food and began to wolf it down.

"Eat slowly," Roy frowned. "Nobody's going to take it from you."

Olga didn't even have time to speak, she was stuffing food into her mouth.

She ate for a full ten minutes before finally stopping and letting out a burp.

"Th...thank you," she said softly, her face slightly flushed.

Roy waved his hand: "Let's go. I'll take you to your father."

Olga nodded and patted the lizard beneath her: "Hurry! Elizabeth! Let's go find Daddy!"

The lizard let out a cry, took two strides, and ran towards the depths of the island.

Roy followed behind, his psychic field slightly expanding as he sensed everything around him.

The island is very large, stretching at least ten kilometers from its edge to its center.

Along the way, you can see many architectural ruins—collapsed houses, abandoned farmland, and a church that has mostly collapsed.

The buildings were covered with all sorts of strange vines and moss, which gleamed faintly in the light of the pale golden gastric juice.

After running for about ten minutes, a low hill appeared ahead.

The lizard skillfully navigated the hill and ran towards a cave.

Roy's Observation Haki had already detected the presence inside the cave.

Very strong.

It has a strong vitality.

still alive.

The lizard rushed into the cave, and Olga gripped its neck tightly, her heart pounding as if it would burst out of her chest.

The cave was very deep, winding and twisting, surrounded by jagged rocks.

After running for a full five minutes, the view suddenly opened up before me.

This is a huge cave, at least as big as a football field.

The cave was full of dinosaurs—not the huge kind, but small, lizard-like creatures.

They ran around in the cave, chirping and chattering.

In the very center of the cave, a chubby man dressed as a baby dinosaur was squatting on the ground, fighting with several baby dinosaurs over something.

Roy looked at the fat man, and his lips twitched.

Is this Mischia Olga?

That scientist who shocked the world two hundred years ago?

Wearing a dinosaur costume and fighting with baby dinosaurs for food?

The fat man was grabbing the food with great enthusiasm when he suddenly sensed something and turned around abruptly.

When he saw Olga on the lizard's back, he froze instantly.

The fat man stared at Olga, his lips trembling and his eyes wide open.

"Olga?"

The voice was incredibly hoarse, carrying two hundred years of longing and guilt.

Olga slid off the lizard's back and stood there, staring blankly at the fat man dressed in a dinosaur costume in front of her.

This...this is my father?

In my memory, my father was a thin man who always wore a white lab coat, gold-rimmed glasses, and his hair was always neatly combed.

But the person in front of me...

He was as fat as a ball, wearing a ridiculous dinosaur costume, with messy hair and a face covered in stubble.

The only thing that hasn't changed is those eyes.

Those eyes were fixed on her, their rims red and tears welling up.

"It's my...dad..."

Olga's voice was very soft, as soft as a mosquito's buzz.

But those two words struck Mischia like a thunderbolt.

He swayed and almost fell. Then, he rushed over and grabbed Olga in a tight hug.

"I'm sorry...I'm so sorry..."

Mischia's voice trembled with tears, "It's all my fault...it's all my fault for keeping you trapped here for two hundred years..."

Olga was held in his arms, her body stiffened for a moment, and then she couldn't stop the tears from flowing.

She hugged her father tightly and burst into tears.

"Dad...I was wrong...I shouldn't have blamed you..."

"No, it's Daddy's fault... Daddy didn't take good care of your mother..."

"No...that's not how it is..."

The father and daughter hugged each other and cried like children.

Roy stood aside, quietly watching this scene.

He did not disturb them.

Although the situation on the sea was still unclear, and Barrett and his men were still fighting desperately, Roy did not want to interrupt them at this moment.

This is a reunion after two hundred years.

It's worth giving it some time.

After a while, the father and daughter's crying gradually subsided.

Mischia released Olga, cupped her daughter's face in her hands, looked at her from left to right, and tears welled up in her eyes again.

"You've lost weight...you've lost so much weight..."

Olga shook her head: "No, I'm fine. Dad, you've lost weight... uh, I don't think you've lost any..."

Mischia blushed, released his daughter, and scratched his head awkwardly.

"Um... well... I don't really have anything to do here, so I just play around with these little creatures, grabbing food and getting some exercise..."

Roy couldn't help but laugh.

This old guy is actually quite cute.

Mischia then noticed that there was another person next to her.

He looked at Roy warily, shielding his daughter behind him: "Who are you?!"

Roy raised his hand to indicate that he meant no harm: "My name is Roy, and I come from the outside world."

"The outside world?" Mischia was taken aback. "You were swallowed up too?"

"No," Roy shook his head. "I came in by myself."

Miskia's eyes widened instantly: "You came in yourself?! Are you crazy?! This is inside an anglerfish's belly!"

Roy smiled and said, "I have something to take care of, so I can't help it."

Mischia stared at him for a while, then suddenly asked, "For pure gold?"

Roy nodded: "Smart."

"In exchange, I can take you away from here and provide you with shelter."

Mischia remained silent.

He looked down at his daughter in his arms, then looked up at Roy, his eyes filled with complex emotions.

After a long while, he sighed.

"Come with me."

He turned and walked deeper into the cave.

Roy followed.

Olga followed behind, curiously observing Roy.

The three of them passed through the cave and came to a huge metal door.

The door was closed, but the area in front of it was piled with rubble.

Mischia pointed to the rubble:

"This used to be my laboratory. But now it's all blocked by huge rocks."

Want pure gold,

We need to clear away these stones first.
