Luo rubbed his forehead, a helpless expression on his face saying, "I knew this would happen."

Sanji slammed the cigarette butt to the ground and crushed it out with his toe.

"As expected, not a single word of that idiot's promise could be trusted."

Before the two could finish speaking, an even more terrifying aura rose from the direction of the General's Mansion.
