Chapter 188 Heavenly Set

The Dharma Masters' Academy was devoid of its former relaxed and leisurely atmosphere. Students and instructors hurried along the corridors.

Christina, the headmistress with gray hair and silver-rimmed glasses, walked ahead with rhythmic steps in a dark red court dress.

Aglaia followed behind him, looking rather reserved.

The two walked through the garden corridor toward the academy's heritage warehouse.

There's no doubt that the Wizarding Division is safer. Not only is it located in the very heart of Violet Academy, ensuring rapid support from all sides in the event of any attack, but it also boasts the largest number of spellcasters—more than ten times more than its rival Wizarding Divisions. A larger pool naturally leads to more skilled individuals emerging, even if the proportion is slightly lower.

Enter the No. 3 White Tower and take the Sky-Reaching Elevator to the 23rd floor.

The first thing you see is a library.

Rows of dark brown bookshelves were filled with all kinds of books, and a bald old man sat by the bar near the entrance, which was stocked with fine wines.

Markurich, the librarian and warehouse manager, is a Sanctuary spellcaster. He is the de facto controller of the Third Mage Tower. Even the current headmistress, Selena, must respectfully address him as "senior."

"Mr. Markulich, I've brought people to collect containment item number 574." Christina produced a receipt issued by Vice Principal hope.

"The Heavenly Set! It's been over 170 years since a suitable user has appeared." Makurich sighed, adjusting his reading glasses.

"Are divine attributes really that rare?" Aglaia wondered.

Makurich read Aglaia's thoughts and offered an explanation: "Indeed, it's rare. According to statistics, on average, only two or three out of a thousand people in the human population become elites, and on average, only one out of a thousand elites possesses divine attributes, and that's only if they become students of our Violet Academy."

Aglaia nodded in realization.

"Christina, take her inside!"

Having received permission, the two continued on their way.

Aglaia looked around, full of curiosity about everything around her.

In the center of the Forbidden Library is a circular, open area, where a wooden door with an intricate carving and a faint glow stands silently.

Christina strode to the door, turned the handle, and gently pushed it open.

"Come in together!" she instructed, turning around.

With one step, the world spun. Before Aglaia appeared a vast, empty hall. The ceiling was over ten meters high, the interior was decorated in a magnificent golden hue, and a luxurious red carpet stretched out beneath her feet.

Various gates are arranged in an orderly fashion on both sides, including solid wooden gates, bronze gates, and magic gates constructed entirely of magic elements.

The two continued walking through a door made of green elements, and another feeling of weightlessness followed.

Folded space is a very cutting-edge technology, and only the top executives of various academic schools have access to related knowledge.

The scene before me transformed into a secluded paradise filled with birdsong and fragrant flowers. Hand-sized fairies flitted and danced among the blossoms, creating a scene as dreamlike as a fairy tale.

Is this the real world?! Aglaia instinctively looked up.

The sky was bright, but the sun was nowhere to be seen; it was somewhat like a darkened area with increased brightness.

"Don't be surprised, this is a small secret realm opened up by the spellcasters of the Holy Domain, independent of the main world."

Christina raised her hands. The earth nearby churned, and a transparent, pale blue crystal container slowly emerged from the ground.

The Heavenly Set sat quietly inside. It was remarkably well-preserved, with the faint glow of the inscriptions appearing and disappearing. The seemingly solid crystal, the moment it was removed, began to crack and spread across its surface.

"Try wearing it! Theoretically, it requires no maintenance, and the sealing time isn't very long."

The armor was pure white, and its previous user was a woman.

Paladin Vilin was rumored to be only half a step away from truly reaching the Saintly Realm. However, she ultimately failed to make that leap and tragically perished in the long river of time.

The Heavenly Kingdom Set consists of thirteen pieces: helmet, neck armor, shoulder pads, breastplate, arm guards, gauntlets, leg armor, knee pads, boots, belt, earrings, rings, and necklace. The weapons Divine Judgment and Divine Shield are not included.

With so many components, you can imagine how troublesome it would be to wear the complete set.

Aglaia spent over half an hour working on it, finally managing to get herself fully equipped with Christina's help. It felt a little awkward, not quite fitting. She subconsciously released her divine battle aura, causing the inscriptions on her pure white armor to shine brightly.

The Heavenly Kingdom Set changes shape, like a living being, perfectly fitting the user's skin without leaving any gaps.

Like an extended limb, mobility is no longer affected.

"Let's try again outside. The secret realm is not stable enough and can easily collapse under the pressure of high-level power."

Christina saw Aglaia off from the mage tower, thus completing her mission. Before leaving, she emphasized the importance of maintaining the armor set.

The Heavenly Set possesses self-repairing capabilities. Unless it suffers severe damage in one go, it can slowly recover by simply inputting Divine Battle Qi.

Aglaia walked alone in the garden corridor. Passing mages cast curious glances at her.

The young swordswoman's cheeks rapidly heated up, but fortunately, the visor of her helmet prevented her from doing so, allowing her to remain calm.

The pure white armor is too conspicuous! It's hard not to notice it. Its extremely gorgeous appearance makes it seem like a prop for a performance, giving it an unreal feel.

Aglaia faintly heard the whispers of the people and quickened her pace. Leaving the Mage Division, she leaped into the air like an arrow.

Behind the inscribed set, light elements converge to form a pair of wings.

Wings of Holy Light grant the user the ability to fly. This is the biggest selling point of the Heavenly Kingdom Set besides its gorgeous appearance. It requires a continuous input of light-attribute battle energy to maintain, or the user must be a spellcaster.

Flight is humanity's ultimate dream, signifying unbridled freedom. Whether foraging, production, or escape, flight offers a tremendous advantage, effortlessly breaking through speed limits inaccessible on land.

Currently, the only human flight-related technology that has no requirements is the magic-powered vehicle. Most ordinary people can learn to fly it through training. Other technologies, such as magic brooms and inscribed armor sets, all have various prerequisites.

A figure burning with dazzling pure white flames slowly descended from the sky.

Aglaia rose from her half-squatting position, preparing to enter the Wizarding Division.

"Stop right there! Are you here to cause trouble?!" Gargamel, the three-eyed raven, cawed loudly from his position on the stone head of the demon.

"Mr. Raven! You should recognize me..." Aglaia quickly removed her mask.

"So it's you! Little girl... I can't just let you in today, and I probably won't be able to in the future either... Holy attributes and negative energy are incompatible! Your presence will prevent the dead from resting in peace."

The three-eyed raven tilted its head thoughtfully.
