Hogwarts: Nagini captured at the start

Chapter 93 Listen to me, thank you!

Chapter 93 Listen to me, thank you!

"Navi, you idiot, you have absolutely no idea what you're doing," Ron said through gritted teeth.

Neville pulled out his wand, assumed a fencing stance, and said with a tense yet serious expression, "Come on, take out your wands, I'm ready."

Luo Bin: →_→, kid, 1 against 4, that's brave! But, don't you have any idea how strong you are?

"He's too difficult to deal with, let's think of something."

Harry said.

"Simple, he wants a duel, then let's have one."

Robin drew his ebony wand and drew a notched circle counter-clockwise from top to bottom. Starting from the point to the right of the notch, he drew a horizontal line, then a diagonal line downwards, all the while chanting with unwavering determination, "Petrify them all!"

Neville immediately straightened his back, pulled in his stomach, stood with his legs together, and stretched out his arms, then snapped them tightly against his sides.

His body became as stiff as a clay or wooden sculpture. After swaying a few times, he fell face down with a thud, his head bobbing up and down three or four times as it hit the floor.

"Um, Neville isn't very bright to begin with, will he become an idiot if he keeps hitting himself like that?" Ron remarked.

Luo Bin rushed forward and turned the Sword Saint over. Fortunately, his forehead was neither red nor swollen, but his wildly rolling eyes had some bloodshot veins.

"Robin, what kind of curse is this?"

Harry looked at the unfortunate fellow, whose body was stiff, his jaw clenched, and only his eyes could move, and asked in a low voice.

"Oh, this is a full-body binding spell that doesn't harm people but renders them incapable of attacking. Come on, give me a hand and lift him onto the three-seater sofa. The floor is too hard; lying down for too long will make his back uncomfortable."

Neville: ⊙﹏⊙, listen to me, thank you!

After the four men lifted Neville onto the three-seater sofa, they covered him with a sofa cover so that if any night owls came out and bumped into him, they would mistake him for being asleep.

After dealing with Neville, the four quickly climbed through the portrait cave, put on their invisibility cloaks in the corridor, slowed their pace, and moved towards the stairwell in the dark.

The corridor was so dark that they couldn't tell whether the dark figure standing against the wall in the distance was a sculpture or Filch on night patrol. When they got closer, they realized it was a false alarm.

Upon reaching the stairwell, the four walked side by side in pairs, with the latter holding onto the former, and they descended along the handrail. When they reached the fifth floor and turned onto the fourth floor's landing platform, they encountered a guy even more troublesome than Neville—Peeves.

With its hands on its hips, Pipi Ghost hopped and skipped upstairs as if playing hopscotch, loosening the carpet on the stairs with its toes as it went.

Clearly, it's preparing for tomorrow's prank.

"You little brats, don't think everything's fine just because the exams are over. Hmph, I'll smash your butts to pieces! Aha, I'll break your butts into three! Who? Who's there?"

Pipi Ghost narrowed his eyes, staring intently at the turning platform above, his gaze shifting from a cunning smirk to a suspicious scrutiny.

Ron, dangling a step above: ⊙ω⊙, um, those ears are even better than Lou Williams's.

"Hmph, no one can escape Master Mischief's eyes. Even if you're invisible, it won't work. I know you're there, on the bend of the suspension platform."

"Are you a disgusting ghoul, a wandering ghost, or perhaps... a sleepless brat who just wanders around aimlessly?"

"Tsk, I should go find that bald, smelly old man and tell him there's some invisible, stinky guy sneaking around the castle."

Pipi Ghost rose into the air and proudly declared.

Harry, Hermione, and Ron were all startled when they heard the words "kid".

Robin silently put on the silver butterfly wing mask and shouted in the hoarse voice unique to Blood Man Barrow, "Get out of here, you little devil, I have my reasons for being invisible."

Upon hearing this, Peeves was so frightened that it fell from the air. It lay on the stairs and said in a fawning tone, "Good evening, Blood Man. If I had known that you were the one who was invisible, I would never have made such a joke. Mr. Barrow, please forgive Peeves."

"Go back to your lair and don't show your face again tonight."

"Yes, sir, I'll be on my way."

After saying that, Pipi Ghost rose into the air and quickly escaped.

"That's amazing. With this mask, I could even apply for a voice actor position," Ron muttered to himself.

"Come on, be careful when you go downstairs, Pipi tore the carpet loose," Robin reminded him.

Three minutes later, the group walked to the far right of the fourth-floor corridor, where the door that had been closed to Lu Wei was now slightly ajar, about one centimeter wide.

"Oh no, Quirrell beat us to it! Could he have already gotten the Philosopher's Stone and given it to Voldemort?"

"Not so fast. Harry, you overestimate Quirrell. Come on, let's go inside."

Crunch!

Luo Bin pushed the wooden door open a little wider and led the three of them inside.

Although the three-headed dog Louie couldn't see people, it could smell strangers. As soon as the four entered, it bared its sharp teeth, twitched its nose, and barked incessantly at the door.

"Look, there's an Irish harp at Lu Wei's feet. It must have been left by Quirrell."

Ron was shocked.

"We need to quiet it down quickly; if it keeps barking like this, it'll attract Filch's attention."

Hermione said.

"I've come. I brought the flute that Hagrid gave me for Christmas."

Harry removed his Invisibility Cloak, put the flute to his lips, and tried to blow hard, but even though his cheeks ached from blowing, he couldn't produce a single note.

"That's strange, it shouldn't be like this! Wait, why are there cracks and glue on the flute?"

Harry stared at the flute in his hand and said in astonishment.

"that."

Ron scratched the back of his head, his eyes darting around, too guilty to look at anyone.

"Um... a few days ago when I was pouring water, I accidentally bumped into it and it fell off the table. I... I told you, but you covered your ears and shook your head because you wanted to review the history of magic. So I borrowed the glue from Robin. Harry, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to."

"Ron, you should tell me again, does any of us sing?"

"Harry said anxiously."

"Isn't there a musical instrument inside?"

As Luo Bin spoke, he took out a small rope with a grappling hook tied to the end. After swinging it a few times, he threw the hook forward, hooked the harp, and quickly pulled it back.

Then, he plucked the strings with his fingernails and played the melody of "Making Dumplings," humming along in his mind as he played.

The moment the piano music began, Lou Williams' eyelids started to droop, his deep, deafening barks gradually stopped, and his massive body swayed limply a few times before he plopped down on his side and fell asleep on the floor.

As soon as Fluffy started snoring, Robin said, "Harry, Ron, Hermione, it's time to move."

"good!"

The three men crept forward, enduring the stench and dampness, and moved Lu Wei's large paws away. Then, together they pulled open the wooden plank.

"It's pitch black, you can't see anything, and there's no rope ladder at the edge of the hole, so we have to jump down. Who wants to be the first one down?"

Hermione said, lying by the cave entrance.
