Dusk, the ruins of Alon Paradise.

The setting sun, like blood, dyed this land, which had just experienced a catastrophe, a poignant orange-red.

The once invincible Alon Amusement Park is now just ruins.

The collapsed towers, the shattered swimming pools, and the fish-men and pirates roaming the land silently proclaim the end of Arlong's evil reign.

Ronan, Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Sanji, and Usopp stood on the ruins, carrying huge packs on their backs.

The package was filled with treasures looted from Ah Long's vault—ill-gotten gains that Ah Long had plundered from countless villagers over the past eight years.

"Phew...it's really heavy."

Usopp wiped the sweat from his forehead, and although he complained, his smile was brighter than the setting sun.

Just as everyone was preparing to leave with the prisoners, a white warship slowly sailed up from the sea.

"Waaah—"

The deep sound of a steam whistle broke the tranquility of dusk.

Usopp squinted at the fluttering seagull flag and said with some surprise:

"It's the Navy? What a coincidence! We just finished dealing with the Arlong Pirates, and they're here? It's like they've come to clean up the mess."

"It's not a coincidence."

Nami's voice suddenly turned cold.

She stared intently at the approaching warship, her eyes filled with such intense disgust that they seemed to drip water: "That's the 16th Naval Division, Captain Rat's warship."

"It was them who accepted bribes from Ah Long, turned a blind eye to the terrible situation here, and even helped Ah Long suppress the news."

"It is precisely because of their collusion that the Arlong Pirates were able to rule and oppress here with impunity for eight whole years!"

Upon hearing this, the relaxed atmosphere instantly froze.

Zoro placed his hand on the hilt of Wado Ichimonji, his gaze chilling: "I see... Looks like a bunch of scoundrels disguised as righteousness."

Ronan put down the bundle on his shoulder, held his eighteen-foot iron spear in one hand, and looked calmly at Luffy:

"Hey, Luffy. Keeping this trash around is just asking for trouble, shouldn't we... eliminate them?"

Ronan's tone was calm, as relaxed as if he were discussing what to eat for dinner, but the murderous intent contained within made the surrounding air seem to drop several degrees.

As a time traveler, he was well aware of the corruption within the Navy, and he felt no guilt whatsoever towards these scoundrels who were even worse than pirates.

Before Luffy could speak, Sanji took a deep drag of his cigarette, frowned, and said:

"Ronan, calm down. These guys deserve to die, but they are still an organized navy unit."

"Openly eliminating a naval branch captain is a completely different matter; the consequences would be severe, wouldn't they?"

Sanji exhaled a smoke ring and analyzed, "The Marine Headquarters won't let us off the hook. If we kill him, we'll probably face relentless pursuit, or at the very least... a high bounty will be placed on our heads."

"A bounty?!"

Upon hearing those two words, Luffy's serious face instantly fell, replaced by an overwhelming sense of surprise.

His eyes shone, and his mouth stretched to his ears in a wide grin.

"That's great! I've always wanted a bounty poster!"

"Not bad my foot!"

Usopp was so startled he almost jumped up, and quickly grabbed Luffy's shoulder and shook him frantically.

"Hey, Luffy! Don't be impulsive! Being wanted by the Navy is no joke! We'll become targets for the whole world!"

While everyone was arguing, the warship had already docked.

The gangplank was lowered, and a squad of fully armed naval soldiers ran down in formation. Immediately afterward, a man with an extremely sleazy appearance stepped down.

He wore a hat decorated with mouse ears and had a few comical whiskers on his face.

His tiny, beady eyes darted around, making him look more like a rat stealing oil than a soldier.

It was Colonel Rat of the Sixteenth Branch.

Colonel Mouse swaggered ashore, but when he saw the scene before him, his arrogant expression froze instantly.

"This...this is..."

As far as the eye could see, there were only ruins.

The once-feared Ah Long Paradise is now nothing but rubble.

Those ferocious fishmen were either dead or bound like dumplings.

"Ah Long...lost?"

Colonel Mouse was greatly alarmed.

He knew of Arlong's strength; he was a fishman with terrifying, monstrous strength.

These seemingly unremarkable young men are definitely not pushovers, having completely wiped out Ah Long's gang, who had dominated the East China Sea for eight years!

Fear flashed through his mind, but immediately afterward, an emotion called "greed" took over his brain.

His gaze fell on the huge package behind Ronan and the others, and then he looked at the unconscious Aaron.

"The treasure Ah Long has amassed over the years... and the head of Ah Long, the wanted criminal..."

Colonel Mouse swallowed hard, his small eyes gleaming with calculation:

"If we can get our hands on all of these, not only will we make a fortune, but we'll also get credit from headquarters! Promotion and wealth are just around the corner!"

Thinking about this, greed overcame reason.

Colonel Mouse straightened his collar, struck a pose of imposing authority, and strode up to Luffy with his soldiers, speaking in an arrogant tone:

"Hey, who are you people?"

"I am Captain Rat of the 16th Marine Division, and I am now preparing to attack the Arlong Pirates."

He pointed at Ah Long, then at the treasure, and said with an air of righteous indignation:

"However, since you unknown pirate hunters got lucky and managed to defeat Arlong and his crew, then... let's leave the cleanup to the Navy."

"Hand over the prisoners and the stolen money, and you can get out of here. I, the colonel, will be merciful and not pursue the matter of your unauthorized fighting."

After saying that, he proudly stroked his rat whiskers, as if giving Luffy a huge favor.

The air was deathly silent.

Nami lowered her head, trembling all over.

It wasn't out of fear, but out of anger.

"You said... I'll give it to you?"

Luffy slowly raised his head, his eyes beneath the brim of his hat showing no trace of a smile, only burning anger.

Before the mouse could react, Luffy had already moved.

"Rubber rubber—pistol!!!"

"Bang!!!"

There was no nonsense, no hesitation whatsoever.

Luffy's fist, like a cannonball, slammed solidly into Colonel Rat's lewd face!

With a sickening thud, Colonel Rat's facial features instantly contorted and deformed.

He flew backward like a rag doll, crashing heavily into the rubble and kicking up a cloud of dust.

"It's...you..."

Luffy retracted his fist and walked step by step toward the fallen rat, his voice low and menacing:

"It was you... who teamed up with Arlong's gang to bully Nami!!!"
