The next morning.

The all-night festivities had just ended, and the deck of the Merry was already bustling with activity.

Several boxes full of smoked meat, fresh water, flour, and daily necessities were enthusiastically carried onto the boat by the villagers.

This is their most sincere gratitude to their benefactor.

"Be careful! Be gentle!"

Sanji directed several villagers to carefully transplant the three lush orange trees to the stern of the Going Merry's deck, as if they were rare treasures.

Those were the three best-growing orange trees in the orange grove left by Bellemere.

The soil was compacted, the sweet scent of oranges filled the deck, and green leaves swayed in the sea breeze.

Those golden fruits, like little suns, added a touch of warm vitality to the Going Merry.

"Hey, these trees are quite interesting!"

Luffy darted over like a monkey, circling the orange tree several times, his thieving hands uncontrollably reaching for a plump orange:

"It looks delicious..."

"Snapped!"

Before Luffy's hand could even touch the orange, it was kicked away hard by a shiny black leather shoe.

"Don't touch it! This belongs to Nami!"

Sanji withdrew his foot, a gentle smile on his face, and lightly patted the dust off the tree trunk:

"This is Nami's most treasured possession, a keepsake from her mother. Luffy, if you dare steal it, I'll turn you into rubber sashimi!"

"Stingy Sanji!"

Luffy covered the back of his hand, and taking advantage of Sanji's inattention, swiftly plucked a piece and stuffed it into his mouth, mumbling, "Mmm! So sweet!!"

After the supplies were unloaded, everyone sat down on the deck.

However, that figure never appeared.

The sea breeze ruffled Ronan's clothes as he carried his iron spear, gazing calmly towards the village entrance.

He knew that it was the final farewell before parting, and it would take some time.

"Why hasn't Nami arrived yet?"

Luffy pushed his straw hat back, sat cross-legged on the ground, and tapped the deck with his fingers impatiently: "Everyone's ready, huh?"

"Is she not coming?"

Zoro leaned against the mast, holding the Wado Ichimonji in his arms, eyes closed in rest, his tone as calm as ever, yet with a hint of smugness:

"After all, she has achieved her goal, and the village is free. For someone who hates pirates, staying here might be the best outcome."

"Huh? What nonsense are you spouting about green algae heads!"

Sanji instantly bristled, grabbing Zoro's collar angrily: "Did you say something stupid to Nami? Your foul mouth must have driven her away!"

"Huh? Why would I do that! You lecherous cook, wanna fight?"

"Stop arguing..." Usopp muttered pessimistically, crouching in the corner.

"Zoro has a point. She'd be happier staying here, after all, her sister is here, and so is the whole village..."

......

Cocoa West Village, on the coast.

The beach was filled with villagers who came to see them off. A-Jian and Nochi stood at the front, watching the Merry set sail.

"That girl Nami..."

"She left all the money behind." Nochgo's eyes were filled with tears yet also a smile:

"She said the money should be used for rebuilding the village, not for her adventure."

"What? That's what she painstakingly accumulated from childhood, enduring humiliation..."

Ah Jian's eyes welled up with tears, and he shook his head helplessly. "That idiot, we owe her another favor..."

Just then, a series of hurried footsteps came from the direction of the village.

"Feed—!! Everyone—!!"

Everyone turned around.

Nami, carrying a small backpack, was seen sprinting towards the shore at top speed.

Her short orange hair flew in the wind, and a carefree and sly smile graced her face.

Luffy's eyes lit up, and he immediately jumped onto the bow of the ship: "Nami!!"

"Luffy! Set sail!!"

Nami shouted urgently as she ran, "Full speed ahead! Hurry!"

"Huh? But the villagers still—" Luffy scratched his head, somewhat puzzled.

"Stop talking nonsense! Set sail!!"

Ronan smiled slightly, having anticipated this scenario.

He gestured to Zoro and Sanji: "Weigh anchor! Raise the sails!"

The Merry began to slowly move away from the shore.

Nami rushed into the crowd seeing them off.

She didn't slow down; instead, she moved like a gust of wind among the villagers, her hands fluttering like butterflies flitting among flowers wherever she went.

"Nami?!" Nochi exclaimed in surprise.

As she approached the shore, Nami suddenly exerted force with her feet.

"Hey!"

She leaped into the air, her body tracing a graceful arc, her orange hair shimmering in the sunlight, like a nimble swallow, and landed steadily on the deck of the Merry.

She turned around, her back to the villagers, and revealed that signature wicked smile that belonged only to "Little Cat Thief".

"Splash—"

She suddenly lifted the hem of her shirt, and countless bulging wallets fell out of her arms, piling up on the deck like a small mountain.

Nami, hands on her hips, shouted loudly to the stunned villagers on the shore:

"Everyone!! Take care!!!"

The coastline was deathly silent.

Ah Jian touched his pockets—they were empty.

Nochi touched his pockets—they were empty.

All the villagers checked their pockets—they were all empty!

The next second, a roar resounded through the sky, but it carried not a trace of true anger:

"My wallet is missing!!"

"Nami!! You thief!!"

"They stole our money even though they were about to leave!!"

"You brat! Watch your step on the road!!"

The curses gradually turned into laughter, which was mixed with tears.

They waved their arms, watching the boat carrying their beloved "bad girl" drift further and further away.

The Merry sailed against the wind and waves, heading towards the deep blue sea.

On the deck, Luffy rolled around on the floor laughing, "Hehehe! Nami, you're amazing!"

Zoro stared at the pile of wallets, his lips twitching. "Who just said she'd reformed? That's just how old she is."

"As expected of Nami! Even when she's stealing, she's so charming!" Sanji continued to swoon.

Nami ignored her noisy companions.

She leaned alone against the railing at the stern of the boat, watching the village of Cocoyasi gradually disappear on the horizon, the sea breeze ruffling her hair.

She reached out her left hand and gently touched the new tattoo on her left shoulder.

The mark that originally belonged to the Arlong Pirates has been completely erased, and in its place is a windmill and an orange.

The windmill represents Ah-Jian, who is like a father to him.

Oranges represent Bellemere, who is like a mother.

The windmill spins, and the scent of oranges fills the air.

Nami lowered her head and gently kissed the pattern, her eyes sparkling with an unprecedented light:

Goodbye, my hometown.

"From this day forward, I am... Nami, the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates!"
