Alphonse hadn't expected the two priestesses to use summoning magic; he had assumed they would use divine arts or magic and hadn't paid much attention.

Two enormous summoned creatures, each nearly ten meters tall, rose from the magic circle.

One was a humanoid rock giant, seemingly formed from countless piles of boulders, roughly resembling a limb and a head, with a grayish-brown color, its entire body covered in moss and broken vines.

Its sudden appearance caused the earth to tremble violently under its heavy footsteps, rumbling like an earthquake.

The other was a colossal dark hurricane, vaguely resembling a head and arms formed from swirling winds. Its entire body was enveloped in intense lightning, and its raging winds formed its shell. Its wrists were also encircled by armor plates engraved with runes, hovering in mid-air.

It bears some resemblance to the wind element Alphonse encountered in the World of Warcraft, but it is clearly more than just wind.

The powerful energy emanating from its body even caused the surrounding air to distort due to the scorching heat.

Clearly, both summoned creatures are elemental beings, and they are filled with anger and hostility.

Sera couldn't help but gasp in surprise.

The giant arm formed from the rock giant slammed down heavily towards Alphonse, while the elemental creature formed from the hurricane emitted a low chant, and a gale rose from the ground.

Alphonse, however, remained remarkably calm, snapping his fingers. "Summoning? I can do that too!"

A massive body suddenly appeared in the void. A giant dragon formed from shadows revealed its proud figure. Although it was only a dark form and the black mist on its body seemed to still be dissipating, it still showed a primitive and savage intimidating power.

The earth dragon Fiar, transformed into a shadow creature, shattered the giant rock hand that was crashing down on it with a single claw, then leaped up and slammed the rock giant to the ground with another claw strike.

Smoke billowed instantly, rubble flew everywhere, and the tremendous sound of the collapse echoed through the courtyard for a long time.

Although the stone giant was smashed to pieces, the rubble and gravel that fell to the ground were propelled into the air by some strange force and then reformed.

It seems difficult to destroy, as it can regenerate materials from the surrounding rocks and soil.

It shattered and broke apart, simply splitting into several parts.

Suddenly, however, the spikes that shot up from the ground blasted the newly formed small stone giant into dust.

On the other end, the wind element mixed with thunder and lightning was not spared either. Before its magic could be finished, it was blasted apart by the thick, long, and huge earth spikes and disappeared into the air, leaving only the rune armor plate that looked like shackles falling to the ground.

The earth dragon Fiar possessed the combat strength of a mid-level master. Although its strength was only seventy or eighty percent of what it was in life, its awe-inspiring ferocity was still something that these two elemental creatures could not withstand.

Even without using the invisible sword energy that breaks through the body, Alphonse would likely find it difficult to gain the upper hand under its claws.

Sera was stunned and speechless, her mouth agape as she stared blankly.

She knew that Alphonse had killed the earth dragon, but she didn't expect that Alphonse could summon a shadow dragon.

He can actually control shadows?!

this.

Isn't this similar to the power my brother received from the God of Darkness?

"This is in your temple. You summon such elemental creatures, and it doesn't matter if they're destroyed?" Alphonse asked with a leisurely smile.

No one answered; the two priestesses stood frozen in place.

The Shadow Earth Dragon raised its head, opened its massive jaws, and let out a silent roar.

The powerful dragon's might terrified the group of demon god followers, making them tremble like leaves, unable to control their fear.

At this point, faith was no longer of any concern. Once the first person to escape appeared, the others dared not linger and fled in panic.

The earth dragon did not give chase; its only command was to kill the two elemental creatures.

At this moment, High Priest Hernot unleashed astonishing power, with dark magical elements surging around him.

"Are we going to summon the Hell Knight?" Alphonse laughed.

I really want to see just how strong this Hell Knight is.

You won't see that many strange monsters in the Frostwind Territory. Over there, knights with extraordinary powers like battle aura are considered rare.

Being teleported to Fantalia was truly an eye-opening experience.

This experience is quite novel!

Before he finished speaking, Hernot had already transformed into a black shooting star, but instead of heading towards Alphonse, he fled towards the interior of the temple at an astonishing speed.

In the blink of an eye, they had disappeared from Alphonse and Serra's sight.

Alphonse: ".?"

Sera: ".?"

This really surprised Alphonse. Where was the Hell Knight we were promised?

Are you kidding me?

"Should we chase after them?" Sera asked hesitantly.

Alphonse tilted his head, feeling bewildered that he had just walked away like that; something seemed a little off.

Having achieved tremendous results, is there still a need to go?

Or, we could take advantage of the situation and strike at the heart of the Demon God Cult, destroying it completely.

At this moment, the Demon Sword offered a different opinion: "This old guy, is he going in to summon a Hell Knight? Hmm, if he's using an altar to summon it, then the Hell Knight's condition is probably a bit off."

It seemed to have thought of something, but didn't say it outright.

"Let's go in and take a look!" Alphonse made the decision.

With a wave of his hand, he put away the Shadow Earth Dragon, carried Sera on his back, and flew into the temple with the little fairy dragon in his arms.

The high priest of the Demon God Cult, Hernot, did not escape far, but only went deep into the inner sanctum.

At such a distance, there was no way to escape Alphonse's spiritual exploration.

However, when I saw him, he was already kneeling before a gray-black stone statue.

It is a statue of a horse standing upright, carrying a fully armed knight.

But compared to human riders, this man and his horse were a whole size larger.

Black smoke drifted and continuously surged towards the statue above the platform.

In the blink of an eye, flames roared up on the statue, turning from crimson to emerald green, and stone chips fell in a flurry.

Accompanied by the chaotic noise of metal rubbing together, the statue materialized.

It was a knight whose entire body was covered in dark knight's armor, even his hair was tightly wrapped in the heavy armor, but green flames were escaping from the gaps in the armor, and even his pupils under his mask looked like two points of shimmering green will-o'-the-wisp.

His warhorse was also unusual; it could only be barely discerned as the outline of a horse, as if its flesh and blood had been replaced by green flames, enveloping its skeletal structure.

"Summoner, what do you want?"

Hernot cried out urgently, "These bastards dared to break into our Demon God Cult's temple! Kill them for me!"

"Fine, but don't forget the price you'll pay!" The Hell Knight looked up, raising his blood-red longsword, and gazed at Alphonse and the others. (End of Chapter)
