As soon as Rex finished speaking, Lynn moved.

Without any fancy maneuvers, just a simple forward step, the stone blade, carrying a heavy wind pressure, pierced straight into Rex's chest!

Its speed far exceeded Rex's understanding of "wizards"!

"So fast!" Rex's pupils shrank, and he dared not take the hit head-on.

This move alone shows that Lynn's physical abilities must be extraordinary. If I were to fight him head-on, I might not be able to beat him!

Rex activated his "Flowing Wind Footwork" and slid to the side, simultaneously slashing his longsword diagonally towards Lynn's wrist.

This is a classic example of using offense as defense, forcing the opponent to change their tactics.

However, the moment Lynn's stone blade missed its target, his wrist flicked slightly, and the heavy stone blade suddenly changed direction as if it were weightless, turning from a thrust into a horizontal strike, accurately hitting the side of Rex's incoming sword!

"clang--!"

A dull thud resounded.

Rex felt a tremendous force coming from the sword, which made his hands go numb and the sword almost slip from his grasp!

He was horrified. Why was this inconspicuous stone blade so heavy?

When my sword made contact, it felt like I was being hit head-on by a ground dragon!

He used the momentum to retreat, trying to create distance and regroup.

But Lynn followed closely, taking a second step, and the stone blade struck again, this time diagonally at the shoulder and neck!

Rex gritted his teeth, channeled his fighting spirit into his legs, and increased his speed dramatically, narrowly avoiding the slash.

He seized the moment when Lynn's stone blade missed, and thrust out with his backhand, using the combat technique [Fire Thrust]!

A point of golden-red cold light gathered at the tip of the sword, and it swiftly pierced Lynn's ribs!

This thrust was as fast as lightning, with a tricky angle, and contained the penetrating properties of battle aura, enough to pierce through the protective battle aura of a knight of the same level.

But Lynn seemed to have anticipated this.

He didn't even look at the sword tip that was thrusting towards him. His body was slightly turned to the side in a posture that almost defied the structure of his joints, and his ribs grazed past the sword tip.

At the same time, his free left hand, with fingers pointing like a knife, aimed directly at the opening under Rex's armpit exposed by his full-force thrust!

A jet-black power of death swirled around his fingers.

If Rex were to be stabbed, the power of death would invade his body, potentially rendering him unable to fight.

Rex was shocked and hurriedly sheathed his sword to defend, but he was already a beat too late.

"puff."

I lightly touched his armpit leather nail with my fingertips.

The death energy did not penetrate, but a cold, stinging sensation instantly spread, causing his arm to go numb.

This is not the end.

As Lynn stabbed him, the stone blade in his right hand, propelled by the force of his body's rotation, swept in a semi-circle toward his knee!

Rex jumped back in a flustered manner, barely managing to avoid the attack, cold sweat already beading on his forehead.

Too fast! Too accurate!

Every attack from the opponent was aimed at the vital points, and every defense and counterattack seemed to see right through his intentions.

Moreover, the coordination, flexibility, and explosiveness of that body were nothing like those of a wizard; they were more like those of a top-notch martial artist who had been tempered and refined through countless trials!

"This can't go on!"

Rex hardened his heart and pushed the Furnace Breathing Technique to its limit. The Seed of Life throbbed violently, and the golden-red battle aura burned fiercely like flames.

"【Fiery Whirlwind】!"

He roared and spun rapidly, his longsword drawing a fiery ring, combining offense and defense, attempting to force Lynn back with an area-of-effect attack to buy himself a chance to catch his breath.

A vortex of flames swept in, the intense heat distorting the air.

Lynn simply took a half-step back, her eyes calm.

He was very familiar with this move; he had often seen this "windmill" move when playing games in his previous life.

I used to think this move was pretty silly, like a spinning top. It's okay for clearing out mobs on the battlefield, but it's easy to dodge when fighting against enemies of the same level.

However, this move is quite powerful. The longer you spin, the faster you go due to inertia, and the greater the power becomes.

However, from the perspective of [analysis], the energy flow trajectory and weak points of the power distribution of this combat technique are clearly exposed.

Just as Rex rotated to a certain angle and a tiny gap appeared in the ring of flames, Lynn moved.

His figure flickered, and he cut into the fleeting gap in the flames with the precision of a swimming fish.

The stone blade in his hand was thrust out along the inside of Rex's spinning trajectory, aiming straight for his lower back, which was slightly exposed due to the spinning motion!

"What?!" Rex was utterly shocked.

Lynn actually forced her way into his own circle of maneuver!

Left with no other option, Rex had to forcibly stop his spin and twist his body to block.

"clang!"

The stone blade and the longsword clashed once more.

Rex hastily exerted his strength, but lacking sufficient power, he was shaken and staggered backward.

Lynn, however, pressed his advantage and this time used his teleportation ability.

Shadow Jump!

Rex's vision blurred, and Lynn had disappeared from directly in front of him, appearing in his blind spot to the left!

The stone blade silently pierced his left rib!

Rex, relying on his years of combat instincts, managed to turn sideways and take the blow with his shoulder armor.

"Bang!" The shoulder armor caved in, and a sharp pain shot through him.

Before he could retaliate, Lynn disappeared again.

Short-distance spatial travel!

This time, it appeared to his right rear, and the stone blade swept across his knee!

Rex lunged forward in a disheveled state, then rolled away to avoid it, covered in dust and dirt.

Atomized and traversing!

Lynn appeared like a ghost from the front of the rolling path, slashing down with the stone blade and sealing off his space to get up!

"I surrender!!!"

Rex couldn't take it anymore and screamed as the stone blade was about to strike him.

The stone blade stopped three inches above his head, and the strong wind it generated tousled his hair.

Lynn dismissed the stone blades and reached out to help him up.

Rex stood still, panting heavily, his face covered in dust, his eyes filled with complex emotions.

Shock, frustration, and a lingering sense of suffocation.

He has been fighting for nearly thirty years and has experienced countless life-and-death battles, but he has never felt so frustrated as he does today!

You can't hit the opponent at all!

Each of my attacks was either easily neutralized, or the opponent simply disappeared and reappeared elsewhere to attack me.

I felt like a heavy punching bag, being pounded and toyed with at will by my opponent.

Although the stone blade wasn't fatal, the pain and impact of each strike were very real.

What bothered him the most was that his opponent didn't even use those strange movement abilities much. Most of the time, he just relied on his physical qualities, reaction and that damned prediction to suppress him without any chance to fight back!

Is this still a wizard? His melee abilities are even stronger than mine, a legendary knight!

"My lord..." Rex calmed his breathing and said with a wry smile, "Your skill... is no longer a 'combat skill'. It has no rules to follow and no chance to catch your breath."

"That stone blade may seem ordinary, but it can feel as heavy as a mountain the moment it touches you... If I were to use that transparent blade, I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to withstand even one blow."

"I am completely convinced!"

He said it from the bottom of his heart.

If Lynn had used the Space Blade, or had all his displacement abilities activated, he would have been cut into pieces long ago.
