"I refuse." Tony's answer was exactly what Lin Yi had expected, a decisive and straightforward refusal.

Bruce and Diana were not surprised at all, clearly having anticipated this outcome.

They certainly knew what the Infinity Stones represented. Theoretically speaking, having a complete set of Infinity Stones would allow them to do whatever they wanted in a great sense, to do whatever they wanted in the context of the entire universe.

"Mr. Stark, we can assure you that the Infinity Stones will not be used for anything other than locating Clark and the eternal metal Möbius strip," Diana said, repeating the statement she had discussed with Bruce beforehand.

"We can use the Infinity Stones under your control."

Tony shook his head, his attitude remaining clear and decisive.

"Well then, Mr. Stark." Diana didn't give up; the group had already prepared to persuade her.

"How about we borrow your quantum realm travel device and travel to the very beginning of the universe, a time before any life existed?"

"You could even schedule a one-way trip for us, what do you think?"

Bruce also considered the method Lin Yi had come up with. The only problem was whether the Infinity Stones could be used to locate Clark in the current timeline of this universe.

If possible, they would use the Infinity Stones to pull Clark directly over.

If that doesn't work... then we'll talk about not working, because there aren't any better options right now.

Tony shook his head without any hesitation. Tony knew that Lin Yi was capable of creating the Infinity Stones, and since Lin Yi hadn't given them to them directly or appeared in front of him to say anything, it meant that he was leaving the decision-making power to Tony.

But Tony still couldn't understand why Lin Yi would make something that was very simple for him complicated.
