Chapter 62 The Strangulation of Wall Street!
(Many people dislike the character Su Wanqing, so I've revised the outline and changed the CEO role to Su Wanqing as the protagonist's secretary.)
Qin Bing did not hesitate for a moment.
"What do you need me to do?" Her question was concise and direct.
"Give me a terminal with the highest computing power." Bai Che said as he walked towards an embedded operating platform next to the reaction well. "Also, call over all your top energy, materials, and structural engineers. Just bring your brains."
The order was given as if it were the rightful owner of the base.
"clear!"
"Zhou Zhenguo, Qian Li, and Sun Yi, the three chief engineers, please assemble in S1!"
"Allocate 90% of the computing power of the base's main server to terminal A-1 in the S1 laboratory!"
"Raise the priority of all commands to the highest!"
A series of orders, crisp and efficient.
Soon, Professor Zhou Zhenguo arrived, accompanied by two elderly men with similarly gray hair but vigorous spirits, almost running the entire way. Their faces were filled with bewilderment at the shattering of their worldviews, but even more so with the eagerness and trepidation of elementary school students discovering a new continent.
Bai Che was now standing in front of Terminal A-1.
It was a huge, floating holographic light screen, and as his finger swept across it, a stream of dark blue data poured out like a waterfall.
Without using any graphics software, he directly used the lowest-level code to painstakingly construct an incredibly complex 3D model on the screen.
"Watch closely."
Bai Che didn't even turn his head, his fingertips flying across the light screen.
"This is your 'Zhurong' power supply system upgrade plan. Abandoning the old fission reactor direct connection is risky and extremely inefficient."
A completely new structural diagram unfolded instantly on the light screen.
"By switching to this system, with an ultra-high voltage capacitor array as the primary buffer and a magnetohydrodynamic generator as the secondary peak shaving unit, the pulse stability of the energy output can be improved by at least two orders of magnitude, and the peak power can be increased by more than thirty times instantaneously."
Zhou Zhenguo and the other two were practically pressed their faces against the drawing, their three pairs of old eyes fixed on the design they had never seen before.
"Magnetohydrodynamic power generation? This...this is still in the theoretical stage..." Professor Qian Li, head of the materials group, muttered to himself unconsciously.
"Theory?" Bai Che chuckled lightly, his hands still moving. "That's your theory. Build it according to this diagram. Use Hastelloy C-276 as the material, not your crappy stainless steel. And use yttrium barium copper oxide superconducting ceramic for the coils."
Every material he mentioned, every term he used, struck like a hammer blow, making the hearts of the three national treasure-level experts pound wildly.
"And another thing," Bai Che casually tossed out a brand new model, a shimmering metallic ring with an internal structure so intricate it was chilling, "this is how the foundation of the 'Ark' should be laid. I'm in a good mood today, so I'll show you a trick for free."
He internally raged: "My god, do I even have to explain magnetohydrodynamics from scratch? What's the difference between this and giving a public lesson to a kindergarten? I'm exhausted. Let's just destroy this already, so I can go back and catch up on my sleep. If these unlimited resources can't improve my sleep quality, it's a complete waste."
Watching the three old professors hunched over the light screen, trembling with excitement, as if they wanted to crawl inside, Bai Che felt exhausted.
He waved his hand.
"Qin Bing, this is yours now. I've left the blueprints here, and you're in charge of the person too. I want to see the new system running within a week."
After saying that, he put his hands in his pockets, turned around and left, looking as carefree as if he was leaving get off work on time and no one could keep him for even a second longer.
"Yes, sir! Mission accomplished!"
Qin Bing stood at attention and saluted, watching his departing figure. In her clear, cold phoenix eyes, her gaze was as fiery as fire.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, in Manhattan, New York.
On the top floor of a top-tier private club that is not open to the public, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the dazzling nightscape of Wall Street's financial empire, a veritable galaxy of stars.
The room was filled with the rich smoke of cigars.
Jonathan Klein, co-head of Goldman Sachs' global investment division, a man with slicked-back blond hair and calculating blue eyes, was gently swirling the whiskey in his glass.
"Everyone, what's your take on Zero Boundary Technology's T1?"
Opposite him were bigwigs from Morgan Stanley and Blackstone, as well as some of the most ruthless hedge fund giants on Wall Street.
A bearded fund manager chuckled: "A little toy from the East? Pretty interesting power bank, it'll let their young people play games for a few more hours."
The financial tycoons present all let out low, predatory laughs.
Jonathan Klein didn't laugh.
He threw a report on the table.
"This is the conclusion our technical department reached after we disassembled all the T1s on the market."
"Energy density, more than thirty times that of Tesla's 4680 battery. Flexible structure, a miracle of materials science. Charging protocol, which we still haven't cracked."
The laughter abruptly stopped.
Everyone present was shrewd and immediately understood that behind those numbers lay a terrifying storm capable of overturning the card table.
"Thirty times?" The bearded man's expression turned serious. "Jonathan, are you sure?"
"I only trust my team." Jonathan leaned back on the sofa, tapping the report with his fingers. "This means that if this technology is used in electric vehicles, range anxiety will become a thing of the past. If it's used in energy storage power stations, it will completely revolutionize the global energy landscape. This is a... multi-trillion dollar market."
The air in the room instantly became scorching hot.
"They have the Chinese military behind them," a Morgan executive calmly pointed out. "Technology can't be stolen. The company can't be bought."
"Therefore, we don't get involved in the technology, nor do we get involved in the company."
A cold smile curved Jonathan's lips.
"We only do what we do best: within the rules, strangle it."
He stood up, walked to the floor-to-ceiling window, and looked down at the financial empire he had manipulated at his feet.
"My people investigated and found that Zero Boundary Technology is just an empty shell, relying entirely on dozens of downstream suppliers for production. Most of these companies are publicly listed, making them very fragile; they could crumble at the slightest touch."
He turned around, his blue eyes flashing with the light of a shark smelling blood.
"I propose that we initiate the 'shutdown' plan."
"Starting tomorrow when the market opens, we will unite all our resources and, regardless of cost, short all of their listed supply chain companies! At the same time, we will have our media spread the word globally that 'Zero Boundary Technology's production capacity is lagging,' 'the supply chain is broken,' and 'T1 is just a PowerPoint presentation product!'"
"Aren't they supposed to be released globally next Wednesday?"
Jonathan's lips curled into an extremely cruel smile.
"I want buyers all over the world to believe this is a massive scam! I want their suppliers' stock prices to collapse, their factories to shut down, and their cash flow to crumble completely!"
"When panic spreads, and domestic public opinion begins to backfire, what will that young, inexperienced company do?"
He opened his arms as if embracing the future he had planned.
"They would come to us on their knees, begging us to invest their technology and use our global channels to help them 'survive.'"
"Then, we'll be able to buy their future for the price of a cup of coffee."
The room was deathly silent.
A moment later, a suppressed yet excited growl erupted.
The bearded fund manager stood up and raised his glass.
"To the future!"
Jonathan Klein raised his glass in a gesture of respect, a flash of cold light passing through his glasses.
"No."
"Respectfully, 'the flow has ceased'."
