He lowered his head and licked it with the tip of his tongue, as if confirming some "novel toy".

Mo Chengyuan froze instantly, his heartbeat quickening.

[Strange! Why is my heart racing? Could it be... I've been charmed by a kitten?]

Mo Chengyuan suddenly turned his head, the redness at the tips of his ears almost spreading to his neck.

He took a deep breath, trying to suppress the strange feeling in his heart.

He reached out and pulled Liu Yunshu away from his chest, pretending to be calm as he said, "If you're awake, stop making a fuss. It's time for breakfast."

Liu Yunshu looked innocently at Mo Chengyuan, whose ears were turning red, and secretly sighed, "This man is really innocent..."

Mo Chengyuan quickly got up from the bed and hurried towards the bathroom, even his back view showed a bit of haste.

He looked at his flushed ears in the mirror and rubbed his temples helplessly.

Having lived for twenty-five years, I've actually had my mind disturbed by a little kitten.

Liu Yunshu ate ravenously, nodding her head repeatedly, with a little milk stain on the corner of her mouth.

Mo Chengyuan put down his coffee cup and gently wiped the stains from the corner of her mouth with his fingertips.

Liu Yunshu tilted her head subconsciously, stretched out her two little paws to hug his finger, and stuck out her tongue to lick away the milk stains on his fingertip.

A warm touch instantly reached Mo Chengyuan's fingertips, like a feather gently brushing against his heart. He paused, and even his breathing became lighter.

He looked at his fingers, which were being tightly held by the kitten's two paws, and then met Liu Yunshu's clear and innocent round eyes.

After breakfast, Mo Chengyuan prepared to go to the company.

Just as he changed his shoes, he saw Liu Yunshu grabbing his trouser leg, pulling his small body backward, her eyes full of stubbornness that said "Don't go."

"Sweetie, I'll come back to be with you after I finish taking care of things at the company." Mo Chengyuan bent down to try and pull his trouser leg out of her mouth.

He breathed a sigh of relief when he saw Liu Yunshu obediently open her mouth.

Then I saw it quickly climb up his calf to his shoulder.

She hugged his face, licking it while meowing affectionately.

Mo Chengyuan looked at the little kitten clinging to his shoulder and let out a helpless chuckle.

He lowered his head and nuzzled her head with the tip of his nose: "I just can't do anything with you."

After taking care of the kitten as usual, Mo Chengyuan hugged it and lay down in bed to sleep.

Moonlight streamed gently through the French windows, casting long shadows of a person and a cat on the bed.

In his sleep, Mo Chengyuan felt increasingly difficult to breathe, as if something warm and soft was pressing against his face.

A sweet fragrance lingered around my nose.

He suddenly opened his eyes, only to find everything pitch black. What was that?!

He reached out and swept it away...

How come there's a woman in his bed?! And...

He froze, forgetting even to breathe.

Mo Chengyuan's mind went blank, but his gaze was uncontrollably drawn to the girl's peaceful sleeping face.

He looked down at the girl on his chest, then at the empty headboard, and an absurd yet undeniable thought came to mind.

Could it be... that she's the kitten?

Just then, Liu Yunshu groggily opened her eyes.

Still half asleep, she instinctively tried to snuggle into the "human cushion," only to meet a pair of deep, shocked eyes.

Liu Yunshu: !!!

She looked down sharply and saw that she was completely naked. Then she looked up at Mo Chengyuan, who was right in front of her, and the two of them were embracing tightly.

Wow~ Is it that exciting?

But I'm just a kitten, what could I possibly know?

As usual, Liu Yunshu tilted her head, looking at Mo Chengyuan with a mixture of confusion and curiosity.

"Meow?"

Mo Chengyuan's pupils contracted sharply. The soft "meow" in his ear had not yet faded, but the warmth of the girl in his arms and the clear touch of her body felt terrifyingly real.

His Adam's apple bobbed several times, his gaze sweeping back and forth between Liu Yunshu's bewildered face and her bare shoulders, his mind completely blank.

Was she just... imitating a cat's meow?

The thought had barely crossed her mind when Liu Yunshu scooted forward again, gently pressing her cheek against his chest as she always had.

The little head tilted innocently, its eyes full of "What's wrong with you?"

That look was exactly like the little kitten that used to snuggle in his arms and act cute.

Seeing that he was still standing there in a daze, a mischievous glint flashed in Liu Yunshu's eyes.

She reached out and cupped his face, licking it as usual...

Mo Chengyuan was jolted, as if struck by an electric current. He abruptly raised his hand and grabbed Liu Yunshu's wrist, stopping her from getting any closer.

His palms were burning hot, and his voice was slightly hoarse: "No..."
