Han Mu, along with Zhou Meng and Luo Feng, hid behind a meteorite to observe the battle ahead. Shi Gui and his thousand-strong army were fiercely attacking the defensive formation of the Shi Shou Ruins; the formation's light had dimmed considerably and it was on the verge of shattering.

"Nonsense, I'm not stupid." Han Mu stared at the battle, with Shi Gui commanding from the rear, three early-stage Great Luo Golden Immortals leading the attack, and the rest assisting from the side.

Han Mu ignored their bickering and carefully observed the defensive formation. He discovered that although the formation was strong, it had been neglected for many years and some places had developed minor cracks.

"Han Li, can you spot the weakest point in the formation?" Han Mu asked telepathically.

Han Li was silent for a moment before replying, "My lord, the defensive formation of the Time Guardian Ruins is an ancient time array. It was originally perfect, but after countless years of erosion, there is a crack in the southeast corner, allowing passage only for three breaths. However, there are Time Ghost's men guarding that spot."

"Three breaths is enough, Zhou Meng, Luo Feng, come with me." Han Mu flashed and disappeared into the southeast corner.

The three quietly approached the southeast corner, where ten powerful Taiyi Jade Immortals guarded the area.

"My lord, how do we deal with them?" Zhou Meng asked.

"Quickly finish this battle, without alerting the Time Ghost." A cold glint flashed in Han Mu's eyes as he activated the Law of Time, slowing down the flow of time around him.

Before the ten Taiyi Jade Immortals could react, they were instantly killed by Han Mu, without even having a chance to scream.

"Go in." Han Mu seized the opportunity and rushed into the ruins through the crack, with Zhou Meng and Luo Feng following closely behind.

As soon as the three entered the ruins, the cracks in the formation automatically repaired themselves. Shi Gui seemed to sense something and glanced in their direction, but found nothing unusual.

"That was close, we almost got caught." Luo Feng patted his chest.

"Stop talking nonsense and hurry up and find the Time Guardian's legacy." Han Mu looked around. It was a long corridor with time runes engraved on the walls, exuding an ancient aura.

"My lord, this way." The Time Guardian Mark in Zhou Meng's arms glowed, pointing towards the depths of the corridor.

The three of them proceeded along the long corridor, encountering numerous traps and mechanisms along the way, but Han Mu overcame them all using the laws of time. Soon they arrived at a grand hall, which was spacious inside, with only a stone platform in the center, upon which floated a golden bamboo scroll.

"That's the legacy of Time Guardian," Zhou Meng exclaimed excitedly.

Just as Han Mu was about to step forward, a light suddenly shone around the stone platform, and four illusory figures appeared, blocking his way.

"Those who trespass on the ruins shall die," the four illusory figures said in unison, their auras all at the early stage of the Great Luo Golden Immortal realm.

"Four guardian spirits, this is a bit troublesome." Han Mu frowned. He wasn't afraid of the four early-stage Grand Luo Golden Immortals, but making too much noise would attract the Time Ghosts.

"My lord, I'll hold off two of them. You quickly deal with the other two," Zhou Meng said.

"Are you sure you can do it?" Han Mu asked Zhou Meng.

"After the Time Guardian Mark is fully awakened, my strength has increased significantly, and I can hold off two of them without any problem," Zhou Meng said confidently.

"Alright, Luo Feng, you're in charge of providing support." Han Mu nodded, unleashing the full power of the Time Law as he attacked two of the guardian spirits.

Zhou Meng also faced the other two guardian spirits, while Luo Feng harassed him from the side, creating opportunities for Han Mu.

Han Mu's mastery of the Time Law allowed him to manipulate time with every move. Although the two guardian spirits were powerful, they were constantly restrained by the Time Law and were quickly caught off guard by Han Mu, who annihilated them with a single sword strike.

"Your Majesty is mighty!" Luo Feng flattered.

Han Mu ignored them and turned to help Zhou Meng deal with the remaining two guardian spirits. All four guardian spirits dissipated.

"Quickly, take the inheritance!" Han Mu rushed towards the stone platform and grabbed the golden bamboo slip.

Upon receiving the bamboo slip, it transformed into golden light and merged into Han Mu's body. A large amount of information flooded into his mind, which was the complete inheritance of the Time Guardian.

"My lord, how is it?" Zhou Meng asked.

"Someone has broken in! Seize them!" the leader of the monks shouted, instantly attracting dozens of people.

"Charge out!" Han Mu no longer concealed himself. He unleashed the Law of Time, and wherever he passed, cultivators fell to the ground without even a chance to resist.

"You audacious thief, how dare you steal my inheritance!" Shi Gui's voice rang out, followed by a terrifying palm print that slammed down.

Han Mu's expression changed; Shi Gui had discovered it and was taking action himself.

"My lord, be careful!" Zhou Meng rushed forward, and the Time Guardian Mark glowed, forming a light shield to block the palm print. However, the light shield shattered instantly, and Zhou Meng coughed up blood and flew backward.

"Zhou Meng." Han Mu caught Zhou Meng and found that Zhou Meng's injuries were quite serious.

"Han Mu, hand over the Time Guardian's inheritance, and I will spare your corpse." The Time Ghost appeared in front, staring coldly at Han Mu.

"If you want the inheritance, come and take it yourself." Han Mu handed Zhou Meng over to Luo Feng and faced the Time Ghost directly.

"A mere peak Great Luo Loose Immortal dares to provoke me? You're courting death!" Shi Gui struck out with a palm, the palm print containing ghostly energy, sinister and terrifying.

"The Time Law is perfected, interesting, but not enough." Time Ghost attacked again, this time using 70% of its strength. Its ghostly energy transformed into a giant claw, grabbing at Han Mu.

Han Mu summoned the fragments of the Coffin of Origin. The five fragments merged and transformed into a longsword, which he then slashed out with.

The sword and claws clashed, and Han Mu was forced back ten steps, while Shi Gui remained motionless, demonstrating a clear difference in strength.

"My lord, use the divine powers passed down through generations," Zhou Meng reminded him.

Han Mu gritted his teeth, burned his essence blood, and his speed increased dramatically as he rushed out of the ruins. But the palm print followed closely behind, slamming hard into Han Mu's back.

Han Mu spat out a mouthful of blood, but accelerated by the force of his palm strike, and instantly disappeared into the starry sky.

"Chase them, they can't have gone far." Shi Gui's face was gloomy as he led his men in pursuit.

Somewhere in the starry sky, Han Mu and his two companions crashed onto a desolate planet. Han Mu was severely injured and unconscious, while Zhou Meng and Luo Feng were also seriously injured.

"My lord, wake up." Zhou Meng shook Han Mu, but Han Mu did not respond.

"Brother Zhou, what do we do now? The Time Ghost will be here soon," Luo Feng said anxiously.

"Let's find a place to hide first; our lord needs healing." Zhou Meng carried Han Mu on his back and flew towards the depths of the planet.

Not long after the three left, Shi Gui arrived with his men. Looking at the empty planet, Shi Gui's face turned grim.
