Hong Kong variety show: The tycoon who emerged from Portland Street

"Brother Mo, what are your orders?"

Ahua arrived quickly with the flies.

Chen Mo nodded to the two of them: "Yes, there's something small I need you to do."

"How's Huang Ziyang doing lately? Is he being obedient?"

When Chen Mo asked about Huang Ziyang, Ahua grinned.

"Is there something Mo Ge needs to do? He's being very obedient lately."

"Because we had something on him, we weren't very obedient at first. Sometimes we would make excuses when we asked him for information."

However, after taking bribes a few times, this guy has now become a completely corrupt cop. Now, we don't even need to ask; whatever the cops are doing in our territory, he'll proactively greet us.

"Well done. In that case, you should cooperate well in the future. You can give him some clues that are not related to us, and help him get a promotion."

The higher his position, the more convenient it is for us.

Ahua nodded: "I understand, Brother Mo. I've been handling the occasional unruly fans with him."

"However, our brothers are very law-abiding on our turf, and people from other gangs don't dare to cause trouble. At most, there might be some minor skirmishes, but that kind of achievement probably won't get him promoted."

"It's alright." Chen Mo smiled nonchalantly. "Small achievements can lead to his promotion. Besides, he has some connections himself, so he can't rely entirely on us."

It would be enough to help him level up once.

If I promote him too quickly, I'm afraid he might develop ambitions and turn against us!

As he spoke, Chen Mo took out a stack of Wang Baiwan's information from the drawer and handed it to Ahua.

"Take a look at this."

Ahua took the documents and began to look through them page by page.

Fly stood next to Ahua, also peering in.

The information was collected by Chen Mo's subordinates and then organized by Lily.

In addition to Wang Baiwan's basic information, the above also includes Lily's analysis of Wang Baiwan's personality.

Having been a con artist for several years, Lily is quite adept at analyzing men.

While Ahua was looking at the documents, Chen Mo also started to explain the matter of Longfa Real Estate.

After Chen Mo finished speaking, Ahua also finished reading the information.

"Brother Mo, what do you need me to do? Should I bring him here?"

Before Chen Mo could speak, Wu Ying patted his chest and boasted, "Brother Mo, this is a small matter, you don't need Brother Hua to get involved. I, Wu Ying, and a few of my men can handle it!"

"Fly!" Ahua interrupted.

Upon hearing Ahua's rebuke, Fly immediately shut up.

"If it were that simple, I wouldn't have needed to ask you to come over." Chen Mo leaned back in his chair.

"Wang Baiwan is not some small businessman. The transfer of shares is not something that can be done by simply grabbing someone and having them sign a document."

Furthermore, we will focus on legitimate business from now on, and we will avoid things like intimidation and kidnapping if possible.

Ahua frowned slightly: "I understand, Brother Mo. So, what should I do?"

Chen Mo tapped his fingers lightly on the armrest of the chair a few times and said, "I'll give you an idea; you can figure it out yourself."

"Wang Baiwan is a man with no major flaws; his only hobbies are gambling and women."

"However, he gambles mostly with business friends in private and rarely goes to casinos."

So you still need to work on women.

"I understand!" Ahua's eyes lit up. "You want me to use the same trick I used on Huang Ziyang against him?"

Chen Mo shook his head: "Wang Baiwan is not Huang Ziyang; he's just a businessman. This trick won't work on him."

Even if Wang Baiwan were to have such a videotape leaked, it would only cause him some embarrassment; it wouldn't have a significant impact.

"Then..." Ahua frowned again.

"There must be some underage girls hanging out in Ciyun Mountain, right?" Chen Mo prompted again.

"Um...yes, and quite a lot. But...what does this have to do with Wang Baiwan?" Ahua didn't understand what Chen Mo meant.

"Sigh!" Chen Mo couldn't help but sigh.

Even after all the hints, Ahua still didn't expect it.

Ultimately, it's because they lack education and legal knowledge that they suffer!

"According to Hong Kong law, having sexual relations with a girl under the age of fourteen is a criminal offense!"

"Do you understand?"

"Huh? There's such a law?" Fly couldn't help but ask.

"Don't just think about fighting and killing all the time. Take some time to study instead," Chen Mo couldn't help but say.

"Now do you know what to do?"

Ahua pondered for a moment, then cautiously asked, "Brother Mo, do you mean to arrange for Wang Baiwan to be a minor, then gather evidence and have Huang Ziyang arrest him?"

After Chen Mo's repeated prompting, Ahua finally understood.

However, since this was the first time he had heard of this law, he wasn't very confident.

However, Chen Mo was already quite satisfied.

After all, Ahua had barely managed to keep up with his ideas.

"That's right. As the saying goes, a county magistrate can ruin a family, and a prefect can wipe out an entire clan."

"A businessman like Wang Baiwan can yell at Huang Ziyang when he's not in trouble. But if he does get into trouble, Huang Ziyang can ruin him."

"Go back and study the legal provisions, or find a junior lawyer to help you set a trap for Wang Baiwan, and then keep the evidence safe."

After Huang Ziyang arrests the man, whether or not to hand over the evidence to the police depends on Wang Baiwan's performance.

Ahua nodded emphatically and assured Chen Mo, "Understood, Brother Mo. I'll get back and take care of it as soon as possible, I promise to deal with this Wang Baiwan as quickly as possible."

"Alright. Among you brothers, you're one of the smarter ones. Don't just think about fighting and killing all the time; read books and study when you should."

You can't stay in a gang forever. If I have the chance in the future, I'll lead my brothers to do legitimate work.

If you're only thinking about grabbing territory and controlling the venue, it will be difficult for you to manage the legitimate business well when I hand it over to you.

And you, Fly, don't think I only mentioned you and not you; you're the same.

Chen Mo couldn't help but give Ahua and Fly a lecture.

The main reason was that Chen Mo met with Robinson and his group before Ahua arrived.

Jimmy and Da Dou's business has been booming lately, and their ability to do legitimate business is far superior to that of their brothers.

Jimmy is alright; according to his original life trajectory, he would have done quite well in Wo Shing.

However, Da Dou was originally just a small-time hoodlum in Portland Street, not even as good as a stable boy. If he hadn't followed Chen Mo, he would probably be stuck in Stanley now.

Now, Da Dou is considered someone of importance under Chen Mo.

In terms of earning money, especially in legitimate ways, he is much better than Chen Mo's other brothers.

Chen Mo didn't want his key subordinates to have to retire and be laid off after he cleared his name.

In fact, apart from a few like Airplane, most of the people who can be big bosses and manage territories are not bad-minded; they just haven't put their talents to good use.

Giving Ah Hua a talking-to now is also a way of giving the brothers a heads-up so they can prepare in advance.

That way, when they try to clear their name later, most people won't be able to accept it.
