Zhang Wen and Wang Weiguo arrived at Handong University together.

"Welcome Governor Zhang and Mayor Wang to Handong University for your guidance."

"Principal Li, what's going on at your Handong University? I heard that some school leaders are having female students keep them company and chat with them to relieve their boredom in order to curry favor with provincial leaders."
