After the Horn family's incident, he was implicated and left the Starshield City Inquisition, returning to Ironspine City.

Through his investigation, he discovered that his foolish younger brother had offended Lin Hui at the Dragon Tavern and died mysteriously, while his father was also imprisoned in the Ironspine City Star Shield Army prison because of Lin Hui.

Septien Horn himself was a level 6 psionicist. He realized that Lin Hui was no match for him, and with nowhere else to turn, he voluntarily joined the Mechanicus.

Dominic shook his head slightly. "I've said it before, the souls and flesh of those millions of people were meant to provide the energy for the great overlord Sauron's resurrection."

"The Kreece demigod is about to descend, and the Empire's pitiful fleet and mechs are utterly vulnerable! Now, the only thing that can stop this is to fully resurrect the Mech Eldar overlord Sauron!"
