Apocalypse: The White Moonlight Became a Possessive Mad Dog

Chapter 152 He Stole Your Path to Godhood 3

A tear fell from Tang Qiao's chin, followed by a second, and a third.

My internal organs felt a tingling, aching pain, as if they were being ripped apart, and I was filled with guilt towards the person in front of me. But my body was wreaking havoc, beyond my control.

The Nirvana reagent gave the body the ability to fight against the brain, allowing it to live for itself.

While crying, Tang Qiao raised his hand like a madman and smashed Pan Taining into a pile of minced meat.

Blood, muscle tissue. The mental imprint remained, rendering Tang Qiao unable to use any of his supernatural abilities, but his intense hatred drove him to tear Pan Taining in two with his bare body.

He is a superhuman of the God-level, a "God-level" being who suffered inhuman torture and was pieced together from fragments by Pan Taining.

He won't live much longer.

Thirty-five superpower transfer experiments were conducted within two months, and a large amount of advanced zombie virus was injected into her to maintain her vital signs.

With this broken body, living another year would be a luxury.

Rather than revenge, this one-sided massacre was more like a pure outburst resulting from a breakdown.

"Aaaaaaahh ...

"Pan Tai-ning!!"

"Pan Taining!!!"

During those days, he was locked in a laboratory with one-way glass, day after day, only able to look at the outside world and everything, but unable to do anything.

His life, he risked his life for so long, he betrayed Wang Jiafu, betrayed everyone, all for himself.

He climbed step by step, using both his hands and feet, stepping on everyone else to get to the top. He finally reached the top; he was almost there!

But Pan Taining turned it into this horrible mess.

Why?!

He was unwilling to accept it!

He was unwilling to accept it!

He hated it so much, he wished he could tear Pan Taining to pieces and eat him.

Tang Qiao grabbed Pan Taining's eyeball and threw it far away with all his might.

The blood-stained eyeball rolled a long way before finally coming to a stop in the mud.

His mud-covered pupils stared intently at Tang Qiao, filled with resentment.

Tang Qiao was loyal to Pan Taining one moment and betrayed him the next. His erratic behavior left those around him bewildered, and the superhumans all retreated, keeping their distance from him.

Shen Chengyin stood there, watching Tang Qiao's wanton revenge, feeling somewhat bored.

He turned around and saw Su Han standing fifty meters away, looking at something.

Shen Chengyin strode closer and realized that Su Han was looking at a blood-stained corpse. The body looked to be about eighteen or nineteen years old, and the clothes on it bore the insignia of the Superpower Management Bureau.

Su Han bent down and straightened the young man's clothes, making sure that the clothes, which were torn in the battle, could barely cover his body.

As the filthy clothes were pulled aside, a hand gripping a knife tightly beneath the coat was revealed. The body was stiff, but the knife was held firmly in the hand, a testament to the certainty of death.

A hand with distinct knuckles reached out in front of Su Han, waved it twice, and then suddenly pressed it onto the corpse's forehead.

Su Han was startled, only to find that Shen Chengyin had already come to his side.

"What's wrong?"

He asked softly.

Shen Chengyin didn't speak, but another voice exploded in his ear:

"Damn it! Pan Taining, you bastard! I'm going to fight you to the death!!!"

The corpse that had just been lying at Su Han's feet suddenly sprang to its feet, roared to the sky, and became extremely eerie.

Su Han's liver was so terrified it almost burst.

He clutched his chest and jumped back, only to be pulled into Shen Chengyin's arms.

The boy, who had come back from the dead, huffed and puffed out a long string of profanities before belatedly realizing what was happening and froze.

He reached up and touched his chest, arms, and legs, then rubbed his face. His hands were covered in blood, and his body was soaked in blood, but he felt no pain or itching, as if nothing had happened.

"Wait a minute, aren't I dead?"

He turned his head and saw Su Han's terrified eyes. He murmured, "I...I'm alive again? Fate! This must be fate!! Pan Taining, you're going to die!"

After saying that, he drew his sword and charged towards Pan Taining.

Still shaken, Su Han asked with a hint of reproach, "You did this?"

Shen Chengyin hummed in agreement and pulled him even closer.

"A life-saving ability at the level of a pseudo-god, capable of bringing the dead back to life."

"That strong?" Su Han finally breathed a sigh of relief. "Then what's the difference between a false god and a true god?"

"The true god can create life." Shen Chengyin curled his lips and gently kissed the scar behind Su Han's ear. "Their abilities also differ greatly."

Although a false god is a god, it is still a false god.

Not far away, the boy rushed up behind Tang Qiao and raised his knife to strike.

The blade instantly burst into flames, and with one slash, the wound ripened, becoming impossible to heal.

But before he could bring down the knife, he suddenly heard a soft "splatter" sound.

Sticky blood and shattered internal organs sprayed onto the boy's face.

He wiped the blood off his face haphazardly, looked down, and found that Tang Qiao, who had just been acting like a madman, was now frozen in place, a hand piercing through his chest and his entire heart ripped out.

Tang Qiao stared in disbelief at the severed arm in front of him.

It was Pan Taining's arm, only a section of it. The rest, whether it was the head or the torso, had been torn to shreds, reduced to pieces of rotten flesh.

But with just that one severed arm, he killed him with ease.

Tang Qiao opened his mouth, trying to shout, but a mouthful of blood gushed from his throat, silencing him.

Then, starting with the arm that pierced through his chest, Pan Taining's body gradually recovered.

Time reverses, and everything remains the same.

The shattered bones automatically pieced themselves back together, blood flowed backward, and muscle tissue surged, grew, and covered as if it had come alive.

Even the eyeball that had been thrown away rolled back from the mud and re-embedded in its socket.

Pan Taining flexed his fingers and looked down at his palm. He was still clutching Tang Qiao's heart, warm and beating steadily.

He didn't speak immediately.

First, he pulled his hand away, letting Tang Qiao's body slump down like a sack of mud. Then he looked down at the heart.

"Thirty-five ability transfer experiments, plus the zombie virus," Pan Taining began, his tone as calm as if he were making experimental records. "You only have six months to live, you didn't know that, did you?"

Tang Qiao knelt on the ground, blood still gushing from his chest. He tried to lift his head, but his neck could no longer support it.

Without Pan Taining's orders, he could not use his time-manipulation ability to save his own life.

"You think you've betrayed me?" Pan Taining squatted down, weighing the heart in his palm. "You think you can finally escape me?"

He smiled, but not with the cold, sinister smile he had given before; it was gentle, even somewhat refined.

"The Nirvana Reagent does indeed give the body the ability to fight against the brain," Pan Taining said slowly, "but have you ever thought about this—I prepared the reagent."

He stood up, took a handkerchief out of his pocket, and wiped the blood off his hands.

"You can only resist as much as I give you. You can only survive as long as I give you." He folded the handkerchief and stuffed it back into his pocket. "The reason you can stand here and act crazy today is because I made you stand here and act crazy."

A tear of blood rolled down Tang Qiao's cheek.

He tried to say something, his lips moved, but only blood and foam came out.

Pan Taining squatted down again.

This time he leaned very close and lowered his voice:
