Douluo V: Reborn White-headed Eagle, Many Children, Many Blessings

Deep within the Starry Sky Forest, in the territory of the Bald Eagle.

The afterglow of the setting sun gilded the dense canopy with a golden-red edge. Su Ran finally led his seven newly acquired companions back to his nest territory before dusk completely fell.

He eagerly led the women to the spacious cave that had been carefully opened and decorated.

As soon as you step into the cave entrance, which is half-hidden by vines but is quite dry and warm inside, a familiar atmosphere and scene come to you.

Several eternal lamps made of special resin were lit inside the cave, emitting a soft and steady light that illuminated the simple carvings on the stone walls and the ground covered with thick, dry animal hides.

What came into his view were his eight beauties.

Huo Wu, Shui Bing'er, Shui Yue'er, Yu Hairou, Gu Qingbo, Shen Liuyu, and Qiu Ruoshui, the seven women, were either sitting or standing, chatting quietly or doing simple tasks.

Upon seeing her husband return, Huo Wu was the first to stand up. Her signature fiery red hair danced under the lights, and a warm smile immediately bloomed on her bright face as she quickly stepped forward to greet him.

"Husband, you're back?" Her voice was filled with obvious joy and tenderness as she looked Su Ran up and down. "Are you tired? Did things go well? Have you had dinner yet?" As she spoke, she naturally reached out to brush away any dust that might have settled on his shoulder.

However, before Su Ran could respond to this thoughtful greeting, everyone in the cave noticed the faint footsteps and slightly hurried breathing coming from behind him.

Huo Wu's outstretched hand froze in mid-air, her gaze passing over Su Ran's shoulder as she curiously looked behind him.

Seven figures, somewhat nervously, filed in one after another, stepping into this home that was completely unfamiliar to them.

The warm and homey atmosphere inside the cave was slightly dampened by the sudden arrival of the newcomer.

Huo Wu's gaze swept quickly across the seven young faces. When she saw the two girls at the head of the group, her beautiful eyes widened suddenly, and a clear look of astonishment and disbelief appeared on her face.

"...You're Yao Zi? Mu Yunteng?" Her voice rose slightly in surprise, carrying a tone of confirmation, "You...you're members of the Plant Academy team?"

"The College of Plants?"

"Yao Zi? Mu Yun Teng?"

"Oh my god, it really is them! What are you doing here?!"

As Huo Wu confirmed it, Shui Bing'er, Shui Yue'er, and the other girls gathered around, recognized the newcomer, and immediately let out a series of low gasps.

The women's faces were a mixture of surprise and a complex understanding of being "fellow sufferers in the same boat".

Yao Zi and Mu Yunteng, who had been recognized, could now see Huo Wu and the others inside the cave.

Noticing the undisguised fear in Yao Zi and Mu Yunteng's eyes, Huo Wu immediately understood what they were thinking.

She quickly adjusted her expression, revealing a reassuring smile, and took Yao Zi's slightly cold hand in her own, her tone firm and gentle:

She glanced around the cave, then looked at her sisters beside her, and continued:

"My husband... treats us well. From now on, we can all be together and look after each other, which is... alright."

Shui Bing'er and Shui Yue'er nodded obediently, and the three of them turned around in tacit understanding and walked towards the kitchen area specially opened up deep in the cave to start preparing.

Soon, a simple but steaming hot meal was served.
