"You little rascal, you've got guts. I'll take you as my disciple and see how much fortune you have in the future and how you atone for your sins."

As soon as Zhen Yuanzi finished speaking, Di Jun and the other two breathed a sigh of relief. Saving one was better than nothing; at worst, they could go to Kunlun Mountain again and at least entrust one of them with their care.

But the waiter was not satisfied: "Thank you, Your Majesty, for accepting me as your disciple, but what about my brothers? I beg Your Majesty to accept them as disciples as well, and give them a chance too!"

The young man, fearless and bold, saw that Zhen Yuanzi admired his bravery and wanted Zhen Yuanzi to take in his brothers as well, so that his father and mother wouldn't be so heartbroken.

"Waiter!" Di Jun scolded, but he still held onto hope, thinking that maybe, just maybe, it really would work!

Zhen Yuanzi: "Not everyone gets a chance. Countless creatures in the primordial world have died. Who gave them a chance to survive? This catastrophe will eventually have a perpetrator pay the price. I have already made an exception by accepting you as my disciple. Do not cause any more trouble."

The people in the hall lowered their heads in disappointment. They all understood the reasoning, but they had to do their best until the dust settled.

"I don't want your Primordial Purple Qi, and I won't take in the other Golden Crows either. Xiao Er, stay here, and you can leave!" Zhen Yuanzi issued an order to leave. If Hongyun hadn't wanted to tell them that Xiao Wu and Xiao Jiu could be resurrected, the gates of Wuzhuang Temple wouldn't have been opened today. Taking in Xiao Er was already unexpected; he wouldn't be so greedy as to covet that wisp of Primordial Purple Qi.

Xihe kissed Xiao Er with lingering reluctance: "May I ask Your Majesty, may I see Xiao Wu and Xiao Jiu one more time?"

"If fate allows, we will meet again," Hongyun said calmly.

This isn't a matter of whether Hongyun agrees or not. The war between the Lich King and the Demon King is about to begin, and it will take time for Xiao Wu and Xiao Jiu to be resurrected. Perhaps after their resurrection, they can leave Wuzhuang Temple, by which time the war will be over, and Dijun and Xihe will have already faced their tribulations.

"Thank you, Your Majesty!" Di Jun bowed to Hong Yun and Zhen Yuanzi, then left with his wife and children.

Taiyi followed behind Dijun with a pale face, his posture still upright despite his serious injuries.

The young servant watched his father and mother leave, too afraid to utter a sound.

Zhen Yuanzi felt a pang of pity and, with a flick of his sleeve, took Xiao Er into the Earthly Immortal Realm: "I'm going to the Earthly Immortal Realm to resurrect Xiao Wu and Xiao Jiu. Would you like to come with me?"

Hongyun considered for a moment, then replied, seemingly unrelated, "Dijun hasn't given these children any names either. We can't just keep calling them Little Two and Little Five. As their master, you should take the trouble to name Little Five and Little Nine as well!"

This was all within Zhen Yuanzi's expectations. Even if none of the three little golden crows were his disciples, Hongyun would still dump all the work on him. However, hearing something he had expected coming from Hongyun's mouth made him want to laugh.

"Then I will go alone. Remember not to be too soft-hearted." Zhen Yuanzi said with a smile, then turned into a wisp of smoke and drifted toward the ginseng fruit tree.

Di Jun and his companion arrived at Kunlun Mountain with the remaining Golden Crows, but they couldn't even enter the mountain gate. It was only when Taiyi offered to give them the Primordial Purple Qi that Laozi was moved.

Lao Tzu had Xuan Du as his only disciple, and naturally he devoted himself to teaching him and planning everything for him. The Primordial Purple Qi was the foundation for becoming a saint, and there was only one of its kind in the entire prehistoric world.

But after meeting Di Jun and the other two, Tongtian heard that Hongyun and Zhen Yuanzi had both taken the little golden crows as their disciples, and he was instantly smitten with these adorable little golden crows.
