"Master, Master Hongyun!" Mingyue scurried over on her short legs, her voice preceding her arrival.

"Go fetch some water," Hongyun said with a smile, looking at Mingyue who was still panting heavily.

Before Mingyue could catch her breath, she immediately responded and left, running all the way.

"You!" Zhen Yuanzi glared at Hongyun.

Hongyun chuckled, completely unconcerned.

A while later, Mingyue came running back with water in her hands.

Hongyun found his expression amusing and tossed him two Black Jade Plum blossoms: "The Black Jade Plum blossoms are ripe. Neither of you got to eat any, right? Here, have one for each of you to try."

"Thank you, Master Hongyun! Thank you, Master Hongyun!" Mingyue was immediately flattered and no longer worried about Hongyun punishing him. He left happily.

Zhen Yuanzi had already used his magic to ignite the fire and poured the water into the jar.

The real fire burned incredibly fast, and the originally icy water quickly began to boil.
